Energy of March 2026 | What's for You Is Intensifying

These energies of life are intensifying, personally and collectively, as I’m sure you’ve been witnessing. While the collective is obvious, and triggers a lot within, this is a reminder that it’s important to acknowledge that – what’s being triggered within. The internal eruption serves a purpose in our process of purification and renewal, exiting winter to welcome spring.
 

Based on astrology, combined with what I’ve noticed personally and through my work with others, what is FOR us is being amplified. This is why you can feel what may seem like a churning, a knowing that expresses more as feeling than words…this is a powerful time of reconstruction that we’re all experiencing now. The key will be in how we choose to navigate.
 

We’re currently in the expression of Pisces, integrating the lessons of Aquarius. We’re being asked to now dissolve, softening our grips on what could be (in our thoughts) and merging with what IS, which can only be understood through feeling.

Why?

It’s all frequency, and the matter at hand is the frequency in which you’re cultivating to function from in expression. It’s all energy that becomes translated into thought, that becomes the basis of what we create and experience in form. However, there’s an opportunity to dissolve separation between light and shadow, realizing what is true…and for you now, embodying what’s revealing in higher ways before the audacity of Aries kicks in.

Past Life Regression | Releasing "Forever Feelings"

Today we have a conversation with Jonathan Robinson, a certified hypnotherapist and instructor, as well as a Reiki practitioner. He specializes in past life regression hypnotherapy and spiritual hypnotherapy because he’s seen how powerful it is when people finally access the deeper layers of the subconscious mind. In our conversation, Jonathan explains hypnosis as a guided meditation that brings the brain into a relaxed theta state, allowing the subconscious to accept positive suggestions and create change. He also shares how reading authors like Michael Newton and Dolores Cannon led him into regression work and emphasizes that clients don’t need to “believe” in reincarnation for sessions to be useful. In fact, some experience past lives as metaphors, others as verifiable events, but the main goal is healing and empowerment.

Jonathan describes common reasons people seek sessions, including “forever feelings,” unexplained fears and phobias, shame, relationship patterns, and even birthmarks, and gives examples of clients linking present-day issues to past-life experiences (fear of drowning, fear of strangers, difficulty with love, and compulsive overeating tied to a vow to never be beautiful). He also talks about spiritual themes, such as healers being punished in prior lifetimes, clearing the throat chakra, soul evolution through challenges, repeating “tests” until lessons are learned, and how regression can illuminate relationship dynamics and “soul contracts.”

Today’s interview is special and kind of personal to me, in that I finally get to speak to someone who understands experiences I’ve had since I was fifteen-years old: sleep paralysis. If you’ve been listening to the podcast for some time, you may have heard me mention how I used to experience sleep paralysis in a very extreme way. At this point in my life, it still happens, but only a handful of times a year, versus nightly. I've heard of other people having experiences similar to mine, but no one I've ever had a conversation with, until today!

One of my Reiki teachers, Frans Stiene, is the author of a book that completely illuminated my practice and understanding of Reiki. The book, The Inner Heart of Reiki: Rediscovering Your True Self, was originally published in 2015, and I had the pleasure of meeting and interviewing Frans about it in 2018.

Happy, Monday! Today we are going to journey to Kyoto, Japan, through the pilgrimage of Gwen Allison, of My Spiritual Butterfly. Gwen paints a beautiful picture, describing an experience that will leave you feeling like you were there. June 11, 2025 – Full Moon in Sagittarius: I always think of the energy of Sagittarius as an invitation to aim higher, to expand consciousness through direct experiences, and to have fun in the exploration of it all.

Reiki Foundations and the Great Mysteries

This is the last hour of our series with Arjava Petter, international Reiki Teacher and Author. In this conversation, Arjava shares how the foundational teachings leverage us into the greater mysteries. We also discuss the fear of losing self-identity, even though this work is about discovering true nature. In the mix, you’ll also learn some of his ways to achieve states of peace, calm, and presence.

Frank Arjava Petter went to India to live in the spiritual Commune/Ashram of Osho Rajneesh for several years. This is where he received his training in meditation and the art of living in the present. Later in life, Arjava spent six years in the United States of America, doing a thousand and one things. He then found himself in Japan for twelve years, and during his stay, Arjava embarked on the Reiki journey. After the publication of his first book, in 1997, Arjava began to travel extensively, all over the world, teaching Reiki.
