Developing Night Vision for the Dark Season

As the days grow shorter and the nights extend their reach, we find ourselves entering a time often referred to as the 'dark season.' It’s a period that invites us to slow down, turn inward, and explore the deeper, often unseen aspects of ourselves.

Like all things, earth and her cycles hold significant mirrors for us to understand our own cycles of evolution: life, death, and rebirth. Similarly, relationships also hold mirrors to help us understand various aspects within our own consciousness: our desires, wounds, potential and capacity for love.

I recently started teaching a class called, Thinning of the Veil, which I share each year to explore the symbolism of autumn in spiritual development, the art of seeing intuitively, and the lessons we can learn from the energies of Libra and Scorpio seasons. Whether you're in class with me or not, there's quite a bit I'd love to share for your own self-reflection.

The Symbolism of Autumn in Spiritual Development

Autumn is a season rich with symbols of transformation and release. As the foliage of trees change colors before gracefully falling away, we're also are called to let go of what no longer serves us, making room for new growth. It does sound cliche in this realm, but it's a true experience of life...the ongoing cycles of life within the larger cycle of life. Mother Earth reveals a lot about how to allow harmonization with natural rhythms and shows us how to accept paths of renewal.

The dark season is not about loss, but rather time of reflection, noting how we relate to all we're in connection with and what we learn in relationship to all. It's a time to slow down, prepare and witness the gifts of transformation. It's one part of paving the way for a spiritual awakening in the cycles of nature and life.

Imagine yourself as the tree, rooted into earth and nourished by the elements. In the winter, all is bare - nothing to cling to and nothing to surrender to. There's just the chill, longer nights and silence that you've prepared for, knowing this is a time of restoration. Then spring comes back with new light and new life, where the warmth of the sun activates the earth and allows you to receive new waves of nourishment and inspiration. Soon after, you will be in full bloom, radiant, and enjoying the extension of light. Life is full and active. And then, it will be time to slow back down and transition, reflecting on all you've grown through...what you've experienced and what no longer serves the way forward. You extract the wisdom, pulling life deeply into your being for self-reflection. This is the start of the dark season.

Night Vision: Seeing Intuitively

This season is about seeing yourself. Again, you can see yourself in the mirrors of earth cycles and your relationships, but the internal viewing is key. Most people reflect from the lens of the analytical mind, trying to make sense of everything and adding to their already existing stories and assumptions. Actually, these stories and patterns of the analyzer are in part what needs to be viewed and understood differently, which requires a different lens to see clearly. Analytical thinking serves as a reliable guide through daily decisions, but there exists a profound depth and higher level of understanding that can only be accessed through intuition.

One way to enhance intuitive perception is by first becoming consciously aware of how you "see" through the lens of the analytical. You have to become aware of what your own stories are, how you come (or jump) to conclusions, and how your thoughts are attached to (and often motivated by) very specific emotions.

Then you have to start training yourself to acknowledge insights and feelings that are NOT attached to your emotions and stories. Those thought-forms that seem to come out of nowhere, and you can't make sense of them...you just have a feeling or knowing that you're on to something. The more you become familiar with your intuitive lens, the more you'll start to understand and trust it. This is also supported by daily meditation, training yourself to move beyond the analytical and become a conscious observer. The practice of presence is key.

Many people believe intuition is just about sensing the unseen or prediction, but it’s about cultivating relationship with higher aspects of your consciousness, trusting yourself and recognizing your connection to a greater collective consciousness. While intuitive recognition is inherent in all of us, it does take some development. And for those who tap in naturally, there's usually opportunity to refine and become more clear in translations. You can learn more in my Intuitive Mastery course, starting in November.

Harnessing Relationship Energy in Libra Season

We enter the start of the dark season in the energy of Libra. This cardinal air sign offers an energy of focus and balance within relationships. This is a time to observe and understand how we are in relationship with people and all things. It's an opportunity to improve connections and cultivate the inner equilibrium necessary for spiritual insight. While Libra provides a drive for harmony, it encourages us to explore how connections are mirrors, and what they teach us about being in relationship to ourselves and all there is. As we navigate these arenas, we might find that establishing boundaries, making kind gestures, compromise, and appreciating what others teach us are actions that support our ultimate spiritual journey.

Ultimately, the energy of Libra directs us to seek fairness and symmetry in our interactions, creating an environment where relationships can flourish. This balance isn't merely interpersonal; it involves striking a harmonious chord within ourselves, aligning our inner relationship with the outer - realizing oneness with all there is. By working to understand others’ perspectives, we nurture empathy and compassion, which are vital in achieving equilibrium in the realm of duality.

Exploring Emotions in Scorpio Season

Scorpio season invites us to dive deep into our emotional waters. It’s a period for exploration of the subconscious and embracing the intensity of our feelings, which can lead to profound personal insights and transformation. As we settle into Scorpio's depths, a time characterized by its intensity and passion, we learn to embrace emotions often shied away from, to work on reclaiming personal power. Emotional growth stems from courageously facing these internal storms, uncovering hidden truths and resources within ourselves, all for the sake of self-acceptance and empowerment.

The mysteries that Scorpio reveals are not always comfortable yet offer essential lessons in self-awareness and truth. By confronting our deepest fears and distortions, we become more resilient. It’s in the rawness of vulnerability that we gain insight into our joys, our shadows, and ultimately, our potential for transformation. Embracing this darkness isn’t about dwelling in it. It’s about recognizing it as a catalyst for energetic alchemy.

Learning from the Energy of the Dark Goddess

The archetype of the dark goddess embodies wisdom through the unseen and the unknown. Learning from her energy, we discover strength in embracing our shadows and the courage to face the mysteries within ourselves. The dark goddess doesn’t symbolize despair; she embodies the kind of nurturing force needed for profound transformation. She's strength. By inviting her presence, we draw upon ancient reservoirs of wisdom that challenge us to grow beyond our perceived limitations.

In mythology, the dark goddess manifests as a protector of the psyche’s dark recesses. Her energy helps us confront our hidden fears and latent potential, urging transformation through honest introspection, and again, compassion and understanding that allows self-acceptance. By engaging with her essence, we learn to appreciate the cyclical nature of life and its inherent need for balance. Exploring the dark goddess’s lessons reminds us that where there’s darkness, there’s an opportunity for renewal and enlightenment. The insights gained from this engagement with the dark aspects of the goddess mirror the necessary embrace of the unknown pathway through our spiritual alchemy.

Illuminating the Path: Cultivating Clarity in Darkness

Embracing the dark season is not about dwelling in the shadow, but rather about developing our night vision to see and understand the wisdom held in shadow. By harmonizing with the energies of autumn and learning to trust our intuition, we allow a personal journey of healing and deep transformation. As the dark goddess teaches us, there is light even in the shadows, wisdom in silence, and strength in vulnerability.

Thinning of the Veil registration has already closed, but you can still join more for a year of energetic alchemy. Activate your membership in The Alchemy Circle now, and receive access to the upcoming course, Intuitive Mastery, which begins November 5th. Let's get your night vision clear, and journey through the next cycles of life with clarity!

In gassho and gratitude,

Yolanda

Energy of October, Relationships and Transformations

October 2025: Relationships and Transformation

Focus: Relationship(s) and Justice

King of the Month: Libra

Element: Air

Mode: Cardinal

Ruling Planet: Venus

Oracle: Threshold

HIGHLIGHTS: Neptune Retrograde, Pluto Stations Direct, All Hallows Eve (Halloween)

Relationships are our greatest teachers and Libra shines a spotlight on these lessons. If you are feeling the airs of romance and in love with life itself, Libra is cheering you on, urging you to dive into the mysteries of love and partnership. The key will be not to lose yourself in the array of butterflies.

This sign is also about balance; be sure to pour lots of love into you, not just into other people! Libra wants to please and interact in loving ways, but you will find yourself annoyed if you feel your generosity is not acknowledged. So, if you are excited about bringing a smile to someone’s face, be sure to check your motivation. If you are doing it to be kind, do it without expectation. If you are doing it for validation or recognition, you may be disappointed.

Being ruled by Venus, this sign is all about the beauty in life, specific to the arts and expressions of love. If you feel disconnected from what brings you joy, or if you are struggling in your relationships, Libra will ask you to look at the scales. What is working for you and where do you feel off balance? To come into a space of harmony, you have to first acknowledge where you stand. Decide what you’re ready to heal and release, then choose where you will place your attention. What you feed energy into is what you nurture and expand in your life. Gratitude for all you DO have will help tip the scales in your favor.

This month is also a good time to consider the expectations you have of your loved ones. If you expect that the world should show up and participate exactly as you do, you’re missing the lessons. We learn in grow in exchange, through our differences. Yes, your intentions may be great, but remember to honor each person for where they choose to stand on their own path. It’s not a personal attack if people do not need or want to do things your way.

Gift From Libra: May you seek peace and harmony in every aspect of your life, seeing the love and beauty in all things, while appreciating the gifts of exchange. May you build loving relationships that feed your mind, nurture your heart and help you to see the Divine reflected in all things your eye shall meet. May you find balance, knowing that the scales will always fall when you are not acknowledging the pinnacle of existence; love.

What I Experienced After 200 Days of The Magic

There's a book called, The Magic, by Rhonda Byrne, which is said to be a transformative guide that supports readers through 28-days of gratitude exercises. The daily exercises begin with "counting your blessings", listing ten things your grateful for and why, followed by a specific area of focus, which may include an additional exercise.

From 2020 until the end of 2022, I was primarily in Maryland, spending time with my family. Before I left, my younger cousin and I decided to try The Magic. She had something specific that she wanted to manifest, and I was curious about what the experience of the practice would be like. I'd heard a lot about the energy of appreciation and the power of gratitude, so having a firsthand experiment sounded interesting.

We both stuck to the 28 consecutive days of practice, and we were both impressed with what we experienced along the way, such as interesting synchronicities, noticing what we were thankful for throughout each day, and she even manifested what she intended. I felt satisfied with having stuck to the program, so to speak, but I didn't have a huge manifestation...although I did unexpectedly decide to return to California.

Three years later, I decided to circle back around to The Magic, but this time I did have a certain manifestation in mind. I was enjoying the process so much that I went beyond the 28 days, and as I am writing this, I am now on day 204. After the 28 days of specific exercises, I've continued with "counting my blessings" each morning, writing my lists of what I'm grateful for and why.

So, has it been magical after 200 days of The Magic? Did I manifest my desired outcome? I'll share my personal journey and what I've actually experienced.

Beginning My Second Journey with The Magic

When I decided to go through the book again, I figured I'd test out the manifestation component, intending to match my desire with the highest frequencies of my gratitude. The overall practice begins with the list of what you're creating, specific to:

  • Health and Body

  • Career and Work

  • Money

  • Relationships

  • Personal Desires

  • Material Things

Initiating the daily practices feels both structured and conjures a feeling of hopefulness, setting the stage for a mindset shift I didn't fully anticipate. The first few days were a mix of excitement and skepticism. Even though my cousin had landed her manifestation, I didn't feel the certainty that she had from the start. I was still dancing in my own limitations, while being thankful for what I already have in tangible ways. There was also a part of me that was more interested in what I would witness as my attachments, giving me an opportunity to become free from my limitations and support new alignment. My energy practice is enmeshed in all I do.

The exercises outlined in the book feel simplistic at first glance. The idea of writing lists of things I'm grateful for could seem redundant, as there was a lot of repetition. However, over time, these lists became a source of reflection and were changing the nature of my heart-mind intelligence. I could feel it and I began to notice the change in my perceptions while interacting with life. Each day was an opportunity to fine-tune my perception of myself, my life, and the world around me. I began noticing patterns in my thoughts and the subtle interplay between my emotions and external experiences. It was fascinating to see how much the simple act of writing could illuminate the intricacies of my inner world.

Early in the journey, I realized the importance of consistency. Similar to Reiki and meditation, I knew I had to remain diligent, committed to showing up for myself through the practice.

Each section, or day, of The Magic introduces a new layer of gratitude, encouraging us to look at various areas of our lives, such as seeing the gifts in challenging relationships. That was interesting, but it was the daily, repetitive practice of jotting down gratitude lists each morning that quickly became a ritual I looked forward to. Even though I often wrote similar things each day, the element of why gave me more clarity and understanding of what I found to be gifts in my life. These seemingly banal lists are what began transforming my mindset. As I noted down ten things daily, the attachment and desperation for my desires began to shift, and my heart became more full in recognition of what IS. It wasn't just about finding big things to be thankful for. In fact, discovering appreciation in mundane tasks or seemingly insignificant exchanges often provided the deepest insights.

The Energy of Appreciation: Finding Joy in Small Things

Throughout my journey, I found that the energy of appreciation enhances everyday moments. From the first taste of morning coffee to taking sweet, conscious breaths throughout the day, recognizing these small joys cultivated a deeper satisfaction and a sense of wonder in my life. I even started to emphasize, in my mind, what I love about the people in my life. Appreciation started becoming a twinkle in my eye, illuminating the beauty all around me.

This newfound sense of deep gratitude wasn't just regulated to things individually, as it became more embedded in my being. I just started feeling appreciative because I and we...and earth exist. It's one thing to hear about the benefits of savoring moments, but quite another to live those experiences regularly. And not because things in my life were perfect. I have challenges like everyone else, but we navigate and interact with them differently, even feel them differently, when gratitude is at the forefront of our experience.

There were days when I felt overwhelmed by the hustle of life, and moments of frustration when my intended manifestation wasn't materializing. However, every time I consciously acknowledged any gift in my life, no matter the size, it served as a gentle reminder of life's inherent beauty and that the enormity of gratitude isn't determined by the size of what we're grateful for. Flickers of appreciation for unexpected laughter in The Alchemy Circle or the comforting quiet of a clear, blue sky refined my ability to see and feel life with more tenderness. This practice started to become a way of life.

Tapping into Heart-Mind Intelligence

By the time I made it to 100 days of practice, I was disappointed that I hadn't seen any external result of the practice, but then I remembered how wonderful it had been to feel more appreciative in my life...just because. I had to acknowledge that The Magic had absolutely been connected to shifts I was witnessing within my heart-mind intelligence. And in turn, changing the way I was engaged with and showing up in externalized ways. So, no...I didn't get the "gift" I was hoping for, but I did receive a gift nonetheless.

The concept of heart-mind intelligence resonates with me deeply as a huge component in the practices within the system of Reiki. It involves tuning into the heart's wisdom to cultivate more compassion, less attachments, and acclimate to the love that IS unconditional.

After 100 days, I realized I was being gifted the experience of heart-mind intelligence in an entirely new frequency. As I began to explore this deeper layer, I realized this was also nurturing my intuition, heart-(higher) mind coherence, and was strengthen my connection to the Wisdom of Sophia, Magdalene, Auset and Ma'at.

It was as though a compassionate observer had taken root inside me, guiding me with insights and heart-centered teachings that stemmed from a deep sense of inner knowing. With every gratitude entry, I consciously engaged my heart and allowed truth to flow without thinking about it. With every meditation, I consciously engaged my heart, asking it for guidance and clarity. With every conversation, I consciously engaged my heart, allowing it to guide my mind and my word. It was like having an internal compass, steadying me through life's landscapes. This harmonization allowed me to feel and experience gratitude, not just as words but as heartfelt convictions.

Nurturing the Mind with Love and Appreciation

Practicing gratitude continuously has nourished my mind with love. It has decreased my stress levels, increased my ability to redirect my attention, and soften my mind and emotions when necessary.

Every day, as I turn my thoughts toward what I appreciate, my heart-mind smiles. My entire body and being shifts into peace and groundedness. This intentional practice of focusing on what I love supports a kind of mental and emotional resilience. Scientific studies have backed up my experience, showing that consistently practicing gratitude can lead to significant health benefits.

Gradually, the effects became visible not just internally but externally, too. My relationships improved as I started approaching interactions with a more open and loving mindset, and with less attachment to what would have been loud and triggering in the past. Gratitude, like love, is an interrupter and a healer.

Challenges and Breakthroughs

While the initial stages of gratitude practice were dotted with moments of exhilaration, hitting the occasional rough patch was inevitable. On tougher days, the thought of writing things to be grateful for made me want to have an inner-tantrum, visually throwing my journal on the floor. Some days are more challenging, as life has unexpected curve-balls...and sometimes you do want tangible evidence that the universe wants you to have what you want. Yet, these very challenges offered the greatest teachings. They were gateways, pushing me to surrender more to the Wisdom of the heart, and become more free from (and understand) my attachments.

Embracing The Magic in Everyday Life

Now, after over 200 consecutive days of The Magic, I can truly say that the practice of gratitude and appreciation has enriched my life. In fact, I feel that my mind and energy have shifted so significantly that I can feel myself aligning more fully with what will serve my current path and practice, beyond what I thought I wanted. The energy that can be cultivated from a grateful heart is undeniable, and it's a practice I intend to nurture moving forward. I'm shooting for 365 days of the written practice, but I will continue beyond, orally and through mindful observation.

Stay tuned. I will be back with an update after my YEAR of The Magic.

In gassho and gratitude,

Yolanda xo

What You're Attuning to Beyond the Reiki Reiju

Reiki Reiju is a pivotal step in a practitioner's journey, but have you ever wondered what lies beyond this initial attunement? There's a deeper understanding to support practitioners with the process of sustaining and cultivating what Reiju initiates. There are layers of energy work, exploring direction of mind, managing your own energy, and the relationship to energetic alchemy that must be understood to nurture the relationship to the wisdom embedded within the system of Reiki. Let's explore what you're truly attuning to as you progress in your Reiki practice.

Understanding the Essence of Reiki Reiju

Reiju is a "spiritual blessing", also also commonly known as an attunement. It serves as a foundational illumination for practitioners, but it's just the beginning. It opens the doorway to a broader spectrum of spiritual awareness and energetic possibilities, like turning on the light switch to begin acknowledging your true nature. The initial attunement acts like a tuning fork, calibrating your awareness to the subtle energies around you, and more importantly, within. You may begin to notice shifts in perception, a heightened sense of intuition, a deeper connection to universal life force energy, and start to experience what it means to be ONE with all there is.

Reiju not only illuminates the mind, emotions, and behaviors, but it also reveals the motivation beneath it all...our conditioning and clarity around the dualism of our nature. Some believe it also aligns your chakras, although it's more like a preparation to be in relationship to higher frequencies of energy and to initiate expansion of consciousness. Yes, there is a direct activation that happens within the three diamonds: upper, middle, and lower tan tiens, supporting the movement of life force to clairfy your central channel and amplify your awareness of earth and cosmic. This prepares you to be in relationship with the teachings and practices within the system of Reiki, which is to be in relationship with your own process of spiritual awakening.

Imagine it as a seed being planted; the attunement is just the germination process. What follows is the nurturing of this seed as it grows into a beautiful expression of one's spiritual journey. Just as a plant needs sunlight and water, the principles within the system of Reiki require daily practice, mindfulness, and your willingness to transform.

The broader implications of Reiju can be seen in its way of illuminating a greater sense of purpose and inner peace. As your practice deepens, you might find yourself more attuned to the rhythms of life, experiencing moments of synchronicity that offer guidance and clarity. The journey that begins with Reiju is full of potential, waiting for you to explore as you dive deeper into the realms of energy work.

The Direction of Mind: Guiding Your Energy

Direction of mind is a powerful teaching in Reiki. By learning to focus your mind and release attachments to thought forms and emotions, you become an observer, witnessing you (and life) with more clarity and understanding. In Reiki level I, you'll even learn a powerful meditation, Joshin Koki-Ho, which trains practitioners to both direct and expand the mind, creating a balance within their relationship to consciousness. You can access the meditation on The Energetic Alchemist app.

This practice of focus helps you become the manager of your own elements (mind, emotions, behaviors, and manifestations), rather than your elements controlling you. You will become more aware of how the nature of your thoughts directly impacts the flow of your life-force, your overall expression and how you function in mind-body. During Reiki sessions, it also supports practitioners in holding loving space, instead of being distracted by trying to control or force outcomes.

Direction of mind corresponds to what you're attuning to at any given time!

Focusing on lower thought forms attunes you to fears, doubts, and worries. Cultivating relationship with higher-mind, and nurturing that focus, attunes you to higher frequencies. So while Reiju initiates awareness and capacity to hold and express higher frequencies, you are the only one who can sustain and elevate your choice in ongoing attunement, by managing your own mind.

By cultivating a calm and centered mind, you can also navigate the energetic currents that surround you with greater ease. It's an important part of self-healing, as it teaches you to be true energetic alchemist, rather than feeling overwhelmed by energetic expressions from other people and environments. Whether you're a practitioner or not, this is beneficial for the human experience...and necessary for empaths! The art of directing your mind begins with simple awareness, noticing where your thoughts and energy tend to flow naturally, and then gently guiding them towards your desired, inner expression.

Managing Your Own Energy: A Practitioner’s Responsibility

As you advance in your Reiki practice, managing your own energy becomes crucial. This involves maintaining balance of heart-mind intelligence, practicing self-care, and being mindful of the energy you're expressing through thoughts, words, and actions. The responsibility of maintaining your personal energetic alchemy cannot be overstated. Regular grounding and centering exercises, such as meditation, are foundational. These practices support your resilience and clarity, allowing you to be a consistent conduit and expression of loving energy.

Establishing a daily personal energy ritual can greatly benefit your practice. Whether it's through meditation, breathwork, Reiki, or journaling, allowing time each day for self-acknowledgment helps maintain the vitality of your energetic expression. It's like tuning an instrument; regular maintenance supports the harmony of mind-body, ensuring that when you hold space for others, it's both potent and pure.

Understanding the energy dynamics around you also plays a key role in managing your energy. Learning to discern the difference between your own energy and that of others can prevent energetic fatigue and burnout. This doesn't mean you have to be worried and creating energetic-bubbles around you, but rather being more focused on how you're supporting your own energetic flow (mind and emotion). You are the alchemist! If you worry about purifying or managing other people, you are distracted from the true work: transformation and support of your own energetic expression.

Energetic Alchemy: Transforming and Transcending

Energetic alchemy refers to the transformative power of energy work. As you refine your skills, you'll learn to transmute energies, recognizing opportunities within challenges, and how to lovingly nurture your personal growth. It speaks to the heart of energy healing, allowing transformation that reveals more of your true nature. In essence, energetic alchemy allows you to harness the universal life force in creative and dynamic ways, enabling profound self-realization.

Becoming proficient in energetic alchemy involves embracing change and welcoming the unknown. Change, though often daunting, is the catalyst for transformation. By stepping into the unknown, we give ourselves permission to grow and evolve. Again, we learn to witness the opportunities and wisdom in what may have been perceived as challenges or obstacles, each life experience and choice becoming a chance to transmute old patterns and cultivate new, healthier ones.

The ultimate goal of energetic alchemy is re-identification, coming to know and embrace every aspect of your being to the point of unification. It's about purification of elements, elevating one's consciousness and frequencies, becoming an expression of ONE through all levels of embodiment. These shifts not only enhance personal wellbeing but also elevate the collective consciousness, contributing to a healing ripple that permeates all.

Embracing the Journey Beyond Your Initial Reiju

Transformation, awakening, and self-realization requires ongoing practice. It's not just about what you learn and know, but what you implement, embody, and come to understand. The journey beyond the initial Reiju can be both profound and enlightening, if you're consciously engaged and diligent in your practices. By managing the direction of your mind, mastering the expression of your elements, you can become the living embodiment and expression of Reiju in all you do, from the time you wake until the time you sleep, as embedded in the teachings of Usui Sensei.

If you're ready to commit more fully to your practices, come enjoy guided support in The Alchemy Circle. We explore teachings within the system of Reiki and other aspects of energetic alchemy to support your own processes of spiritual awakening.

What are you attuning to daily? What are you nurturing in your own energetic expression?

You can have an intentional hand in this, learning from me for an entire year!

Our first class, Intuitive Mastery, begins November 5th, so activate your membership in the 2026 Alchemy Circle today!

Exploring the Mysteries of Spiritual Alchemy

Spiritual alchemy is a fascinating field that merges the teachings of ancient wisdom with modern spiritual practices. This journey of transformation isn't just about turning lead into gold; it's the profound process of evolving the soul. I share and practice this work, which I call energetic alchemy, as a lot of my practice involves Reiki and other aspects of energy work. Let's clarify some of the steps involved in what's ultimately known as the alchemist's Great Work.

Understanding the Foundations of Spiritual Alchemy

At the heart of spiritual alchemy lies the pursuit of self-knowledge, or understanding the correlation between our inner and outer experience of existence. This ancient art draws from the Hermetic principles and seeks to align the spiritual with the physical. By exploring these teachings, we begin to understand the transformative process that mirrors both the microcosm and macrocosm.

The origins of spiritual alchemy can be traced back to ancient Egypt and Greece, where early alchemists were determined to uncover the universal truths hidden in the material world. These curious, brilliant thinkers believed that by understanding the natural elements, they could transform not just materials but also themselves. This concept of the 'inner alchemist' remains relevant today as many of us strive for spiritual enlightenment, through the work of knowing ourselves, mastering our elements, and becoming expressions of true nature.

The principles of all being mind, correspondence, vibration, and polarity form the backbone of spiritual alchemy, revealing the incredible ways in which our outer world reflects our inner state. Our realization, understanding and relationship to these principals support how we evolve through deliberate self-examination and nurturing.

A key component of spiritual alchemy is the recognition that any external transformation must first be realized internally. This is often depicted in alchemical symbolism, where the purification of metals represents the purification of one’s soul. By interpreting these symbols, practitioners can gain insights into their personal journeys, uncovering hidden aspects of themselves that need transformation (purification). As we journey on this path, each step brings us closer to realizing our full potential, from recognizing our shadows to embracing our innate light. The teachings of figures like Hermes Trismegistus, also known as Thoth, remind us that the universe is mental, inviting us to seek wisdom and balance within ourselves.

Unveiling the Scale of Spiritual Awakening

Spiritual awakening follows a series of stages, similar to the steps in alchemical transformation. Each phase is a vital part of our journey, helping us shed old paradigms and embrace new levels of awareness. These stages guide us in purifying our minds and spirits as we ascend to higher states of consciousness.

Many people describe the beginning of their spiritual awakening as a sudden shift in perspective, a life changing realization that there is more to existence than meets the eyes. This often leads to a period of intense reflection and questioning, where one's previous beliefs and values are examined with curiosity. As individuals go deeper into their inner worlds, they uncover the layers of their psyche, confronting both fears and aspirations previously hidden beneath the surface.

Through practices such as Reiki and meditation, seekers can learn to quiet their minds and listen to their intuition, which often acts as a guiding light along this fascinating path. Such experiences echo the ancient teachings of alchemy, where the dissolution of old structures makes way for new growth and understanding.

The Great Work: A Journey Through Transformation

Known as the Magnum Opus, the Great Work in alchemy is an allegory for personal transformation. It consists of distinct phases (black, white, yellow, and red), each representing a spiritual process that facilitates profound change. The Great Work serves as a roadmap for those seeking enlightenment and self-actualization, or what's referred to in Reiki as embodiment of The Great Bright Light.

Each step of the Great Work is essential, with specific operations that metaphorically depict spiritual metamorphosis. The black stage involves burning away impurities within the soul. This is a process of breaking down the ego's defenses, allowing our true selves to emerge. Following is the white stage, where the strengthened spirit amalgamates with the subconscious, highlighting the importance of introspection and emotional resilience. Circuiting through all these operations is the hermetic principle stating, 'as above, so below,' emphasizing the harmony between our inner transformations and external world shifts.

The culmination of the Great Work often leads to the yellow stage, symbolic of the rising sun or dawning of enlightenment, ending in the red stage which is referred to as the alchemical marriage. Here, the union of spirit and matter achieves a new state of balance, one that echoes the Hermetic concept of unity. This stage signifies the integration of all previous learnings and revelations, resulting in complete spiritual rebirth and enlightenment.

The alchemical journey isn't just a linear path but a cyclical process, reflecting the ever-evolving nature of personal and spiritual growth. By engaging deeply with each phase, one can experience life more profoundly, understanding that enlightenment is a journey, not a destination.

Hermeticism: The Core Principles Guiding Alchemical Practice

Hermeticism offers the philosophical foundation for alchemical teachings. Based on writings attributed to Hermes Trismegistus, these principles emphasize the interconnectedness of the universe and the potential for personal transformation. These teachings support practitioners of spiritual alchemy in gaining deeper insight into their purpose and the nature of reality, suggesting that personal transformation mirrors cosmic evolution.

As one practices spiritual alchemy, they engage with these principles, discovering how their thoughts, emotions, and actions resonate with the divine structure of the universe. This understanding enables practitioners to effect change on their spiritual path, in alignment with the natural flow of life.

The Transformative Power of Spiritual Alchemy

Like Reiki, spiritual alchemy invites us to explore an inner journey of transformation, and with understanding we can navigate our spiritual awakening with greater awareness and intention. As we progress through the stages of the Great Work, we move closer to achieving a profound sense of balance in our daily lives, relationships, and overall function.

If you're interested in mentoring and guidance through these processes, in very practical ways, with the support of community, register for The Alchemy Circle. This is my year-long mentoring program, and seekers have expressed that the teachings and practices have deepened their understand and practices in profound ways. This path requires our engagement and dedication to our own process of alchemy.

Out of Body Experiences: The Art of Astral Projection and Travel

Before we begin, I want to thank you for the beautiful messages on social media and the emails I received in celebration of twelve years on Reiki Radio. I appreciate you.

Today’s interview is special and kind of personal to me, in that I finally get to speak to someone who understands experiences I’ve had since I was fifteen-years old: sleep paralysis. If you’ve been listening to the podcast for some time, you may have heard me mention how I used to experience sleep paralysis in a very extreme way. At this point in my life, it still happens, but only a handful of times a year, versus nightly. I've heard of other people having experiences similar to mine, but no one I've ever had a conversation with, until today!

Arcturus has had an incredible spiritual journey and has become an instructor of astral projection. He’s also an author of, Out of Body Experiences: A Practical Guide to Exploring the Astral Plane, and Occult History, Volume One.

It Takes a Village | The Importance of Spiritual Community

We are in times of tremendous change and uncertainty, on top of being distracted by over stimulation and confused by mixed messaging all around us. We even see people together, sharing physical space, yet lost in the world of their devices. There's a collective sense of busyness and emotional overload, as everyone has task lists that never end...and feelings that have become overwhelming. It can be easy to feel disconnected, isolated or burnt-out by the constant addictions, roller-coaster of thoughts and feelings, and the ongoing demands of life. This is why many are now seeking other ways of being, living, and relating.

Many are waking up to the call of self-healing and community, seeking much needed support and connection. When we do start on a path of spiritual curiosity and creating more balance for ourselves, healthy spiritual communities are essential and can significantly support our personal practices and how we function in everyday life.

Understanding the Role of Spiritual Communities

Spiritual communities serve as a foundation for personal and collective growth. They are spaces where individuals can gather to practice, share experiences, and support one another in their spiritual journeys. These communities can provide a sense of belonging, being seen and understood, and act as a source of inspiration and motivation.

These communities often center around shared studies or practices, creating an environment that supports personal clarity and learning through shared experiences. Engaging in communal activities like meditation or Reiki circles tends to strengthen these bonds, as everyone is engaging in shared practice and working towards a common goal. This shared purpose can be a powerful catalyst for change, allowing individuals to explore new perspectives, re-evaluate their personal paths, and understand their choice of study with more depth. Regardless of external circumstances or personal relationships, returning to a familiar network can also support emotional and spiritual grounding.

This is why I created The Alchemy Circle. In 2020, the world was flipped upside-down and many of us experienced isolation in a way that we never had before. The freedom to choose our interactions and engage human to human was paused...and we didn't know how long it would be. Suddenly, regardless of personal practice, many people were all of a sudden in a space of personal observation and emotions were running high. So, I decided to invite other Reiki practitioners to join my online, daily, for what I called, Reiki May. The idea was to meet each morning for guided Reiki practice, supporting our states of being and allowing space for connection with others.

I had never held space for a group in this way, outside of classes, and it ended up being incredible. In fact, several participants said it was what got them through the confusing times we were in, and the bonus was going deeper into relationship with Reiki and themselves. The community also provided a reflective mirror where we were able to view our experiences in light of shared spiritual teachings, plus share with other people without fear of judgement or misunderstanding. It supported our balance, clarity, and an obvious cultivation of more compassion. It was a safe space, helping participants recognize and appreciate the depth of communal support.

By the end of May, I realized how connecting with others on a spiritual level supported us in discovering more about ourselves and the beauty of Reiki in new ways. None of us wanted the practice to end. There were new friendships forming, and again, we each had a space to be seen and heard, while being diligent in our practice.

June of 2020, I decided to extend our communal practice and include more variety in our studies, with Reiki as the ongoing foundation. The Alchemy Circle was established and has been ongoing ever since, with new members joining each year. It has become a year-long mentoring program that still highlights community, support, and dedicated time and space for personal practice and learning.

The Benefits of Support in Everyday Life

I've found that being a part of a spiritual community offers numerous benefits, including emotional support, shared wisdom, and a sense of belonging. In times of personal struggle, the challenges of day-to-day life, or moments of breakthrough and clarity, having a community that will acknowledge you as an individual, with love and compassion, and offer support through Reiki practice, can provide comfort, helping us navigate the paths of awakening with more grace and resilience.

Unfortunately, many people experience a sense of solitude, even while surrounded by others. Sometimes it's due to the distractions and busyness of life, but sometimes it's because we feel we have to keep our practices to ourselves to avoid being misunderstood. This can be discouraging and start to feel lonely, or even make us feel that we're not living authentically. Having a space where we can openly discuss our practices and be supported in the process is encouraging and nurturing. I've even seen it give people the confidence to live more boldly in their true expressions, beyond the group.

Community members often rally around each other in times of need, offering Reiki and space to openly share life experiences. There's a knowing that we truly care about each others journeys and that we're are not alone in the dance of practice. When people commit to collective growth, they often find themselves feeling more motivated and empowered to pursue personal goals. Being a part of a healthy community can act as a powerful catalyst for individual transformation, setting a strong foundation for personal fulfillment and success.

Learning from Others: The Role of Reiki Mentors

Reiki mentors and other teachers can play a pivotal role in personal development. They can offer insights, teach valuable practices, and hold space to help individuals go deeper into their practices. Learning from experienced practitioners can widen one's understanding, enhance techniques, and support becoming more confident in one's relationship with energetic alchemy.

Reiki, as a practice, emphasizes how we know and understand ourselves and our functions. It highlights our choice in nature of mind and emotions and the cultivation of life force in higher frequency. A mentor offers not only practice-based learning but can also impart broader coaching that nurtures embodiment of the teachings. Many Reiki mentors focus on both the physical and spiritual realignment of energies, creating a balanced and centered approach to personal development and navigating life's challenges in new ways. Through individual sessions or workshops, mentors often share transformative practices, enabling individuals to incorporate them into their personal daily regimens. The commitment to personal growth is a fundamental aspect of what makes mentors so valuable.

I still work with my teachers and will continue to do so throughout my path. Even resitting classes helps to expand our understanding and cultivate depth in practice. Plus, mentors and teachers can serve as living examples of how spiritual practices can lead to a more balanced life. Choose a mentor that resonates with you and whose work is aligned with your personal goals and interests. Explore the content they share, noticing if they embody the principles they teach, inspiring you to pursue paths of self-improvement. This kind of mentorship can change lives, steering us toward not only spiritual awakening but also improved mental and emotional well-being.

As mentees, remember it's our own responsibility to apply and practice even beyond working with our mentors. In The Alchemy Circle, I always check in with each member and their current personal focus. Your Reiki mentor should be invested in your personal development, including how well you understand application of practices in your day-to-day life.

Integrating Spiritual Practices into Everyday Life

Being part of a spiritual community encourages the integration of spiritual practices into daily routines. From meditation to practicing with eyes open and during interactions, you'll recall tips and encouragement you received from your fellow community members.

Our paths are unique, so our daily spiritual practices can take many forms, and being part of a community that values these practices helps in maintaining consistency. Whether it's starting the day with a mindfulness meditation or ending the evening with self-Reiki, these small acts of routine practice can accumulate to create significant life changes. Members often share tips and techniques that they find personally effective, enriching the collective knowledge base of the community and providing inspiration for others to try new things.

I've also noticed that engaging in spiritual practices as part of community can highlight deeper meaning and experience. Practices performed as a group often feel more powerful, reinforcing the sense of unity and shared purpose. These shared experiences in turn enrich our individual practices, as members are inspired by the collective resonance of the group. The community setting then becomes a space where personal growth and communal bonds intertwine, encouraging members to more diligent and develop spiritual habits that can last a lifetime.

Finding Belonging and Support in a Spiritual Community

Joining a spiritual community is more than just participating in group activities; it is about finding a network of support and encouragement that can help guide you on your spiritual journey. In life, it takes a village. We are communal beings and community is an expression of love. Again, make sure the facilitator resonates with you, your personal focus and goals for learning, and that you feel safe in the space that has been created. There are options and we are never truly alone on our paths.

Spiritual Awakening Process | How Reiki Can Support Purification

Life is a journey of spiritual awakening, which is both exciting and challenging. It involves creation of an identity that we will become attached to, grow out of, examine and then be tested to dismantle. Some of us will spend years acclimating to conditions, limitations, and stories, only to one day feel inexplicably called to shed layers of old beliefs and habits, leading us to discover deeper, truer aspects of ourselves.

As we progress through this journey called life, tools like Reiki can offer significant support, especially in the purification of mind and emotion. Yes, Reiki can assist in our energetic alchemy and spiritual awakening process.

Understanding Spiritual Awakening

Spiritual awakening can be seen as a process of tuning in to your higher self and aligning with unity consciousness, but there are many roads, experiences, and lessons to get there. It's often referred to as a cycle of death and rebirth, all while still living. It's an invitation to nurture the release of the old to embrace the older, which seems new...our true nature/original blueprint.

When we begin to intentionally participate this profound journey, spiritual awakening may manifest in various ways. Some claim to experience a sudden epiphany or a dramatic shift in understanding life, while others undergo a gradual evolution over time. Either way, the essence of spiritual awakening lies in its transformative nature; it's about recognizing the illusions we've held onto and opening ourselves up to experiencing and knowing life, in all expressions, from the lens of higher intelligence. This process encourages us to reflect on our inner world and question our attachments, leading towards a more expansive way of living.

The Role of Purification in Spiritual Awakening

Purification is a fundamental step in the spiritual awakening process. It involves observing and transmuting mind, body, energy, allowing more clarity and peace in being. This alchemical process can take years, a life time...it happens in stages. It requires our participation and allowance, creating space for new levels of understanding, refining behaviors, consciously choosing responsiveness, and allowing the intelligence of compassion to uplift our perspectives.

This type of cleansing is an act of self-healing, bringing us into a different kind of relationship with our minds, emotions, and understanding of wellbeing. It enables a more authentic connection to our higher spiritual expression, which is to truly accept the consciousness of oneness. This guides us towards what many translate as seeing the Divine in all, and acting in accordance with this knowing. It starts with the owning, understanding and forgiving what we’ve claimed ourselves to be and reclaiming the truth of who and what we ALL are: expressions of divine intelligence. No one and no-thing can be placed outside of this in true knowing.

Introduction to Reiki and the Three Diamonds

Central to Reiki is the concept of the Three Diamonds, which correspond to the tan tiens of Taoism. These energy centers correspond to different aspects of our being and play a key role in "polishing" or clarifying and purifying our energetic resonance.

The lower tan tien (associated with earth) focuses on our primal, unrefined energy, often associated with the initiation of awakening. In Reiki, we learn to nurture this aspect of our intelligence by training to become present and aware of being in body, fully. We also focus on this energy to train the direction of our minds, grounding into presence, focus, and calm. This energy is considered foundational in spiritual evolution and awakening, as we must be present to become sovereign and self-accepting in our development. The first Reiki symbol supports this work of direction of mind, greatly, in our self practice.

The upper tan tien (associated with heaven) brings conscious awareness towards the nature of our thought forms and the level of intelligence that we’re functioning from. In this work, we begin to recognize our stories, conditons, and attachments. The key is not to judge what we come to realize, but rather to have compassion and understanding of what has led to our conditioned function. The second Reiki symbol is key in the purification of mind and emotion.

The middle tan tien (unification of heave and earth) is more open and accesible after some direction and purification of mind have been initiated. This intelligence invites us to surrender, beyond old conditions, allowing the truest essence of love, compasssion, and unity consciousness. The third Reiki symbol supports this understanding of non-duality and begin separate from no-thing.

Practical Ways to Incorporate Reiki into Your Daily Life

Incorporating Reiki into daily life can be simple yet wildly effective. Setting aside time for self-practice, while taking what we learn and applying it to daily life, teaches us to go beyond information and into living the expression of Reiki. Every concept and practice within the system of Reiki points to how to effectively support and sustain living in and as the expression of True Nature. The key word being practice, understanding, again, that this work is moment to moment, breath to breath, once choice at a time.

One practical approach is to establish a routine that includes short, daily Reiki sessions. Even a few minutes can significantly impact your wellbeing. For practitoners, this may include setting aside time to first relax into a meditation, such as joshin koki-ho, and then laying hands. You can also concentrate on the essence of thr Reiki Gokai as a chanting practice. Whatever you choose, remember to take the experience of practice into the way you live and exchange in your daily interactions.

If you’re not a practitioner, you can still make time for daily meditation, even using guided meditations to support your process. There are FREE guided journeys available on The Energetic Alchemist app, and through free downloads you’ll receive after subscribing to my Alchemical Newsletter.

Enjoy the journey, remembering it’s personal and unique to you, and not an overnight endeavor!

In gassho and gratitude,

Yolanda

Reiki and Meditation Aren't Meant for Spiritual Bypassing

Reiki and meditation have been embraced by many as pathways to peace and wellness. However, many people come into these practices after a stressful catalyst and are seeking change, or even more drastically, seeking a way to escape life's challenges. I also found Reiki and meditation when looking for ways to beat anxiety and stress about the next steps on my life path. At first, I was in awe. I did start to feel peace in mind and body, but I also found that I would run to these practices at any hint of discomfort in my life. In time, I learned that I was being shown how to observe the truth of my thoughts and feelings, confronting and embracing life's journey, rather than escaping it.

Understanding Reiki Beyond Pop Culture Myths

Reiki is more than the mystical, "high-vibe" phenomenon that it's often reduced to on social media, tv shows, and movies. Many might expect Reiki sessions to weave magic into their ailments, but its real power lies in its capacity to enhance the body's natural healing processes. By understanding the nuances of Reiki, practitioners can appreciate its ability to restore balance, clear blockages, and cultivate a sense of wellbeing over time, rather than overnight miracles or a cheat-code towards instant enlightenment. There are some people who've had experiences with Reiki that do feel miraculous, myself included, but the system of Reiki offers so much more than quick fixes.

For those genuinely interested in Reiki, it's crucial to move beyond the sensationalized impressions left by pop culture and to seek a true understanding of what it means to be in relationship with one's own mind, body, and energy. Learning the practices within the system of Reiki involves dedication, much like learning any other discipline, which not only nurtures life force energy but also supports a sense of connection with one's own inner self and the larger world.

Meditation: A Journey Inward, Not an Escape

Meditation creates an opportunity for introspection and awareness, rather than an escape from troubles. The practice supports being presence in the moment, allowing thoughts and feelings to surface without judgment. It teaches how to be a neutral observer, remaining calm and clear in the witnessing of existence. Through meditation, individuals can cultivate the practice of mindfulness, which brings them closer to understanding their emotions and behaviors from a place of acceptance rather than avoidance. It's about acknowledging the mind's chatter, without attachment, and finding peace in the allowance.

Again, when I first started meditating I was relieved that there was a way to find moments of peace, but I initially thought it was only found in the state of meditation. This created more of a sense of duality, feeling great in my practices and disappointed with "real life". I was unknowingly creating further detachment from the present. Fortunately, I ended up learning that our spirituality and day-to-day life aren't meant to be seen, nor practiced, as separate. Meditation is actually a tool that enables us to maintain clarity of mind and access higher perspectives, without attaching to old stories, while interacting with life. The key is taking the practice beyond the state of practice; to begin living in the same expression that we achieve in meditative states...in peace. Through consistent practice, meditation can transform the way we relate to our internal and external functionality.

Acknowledging Our Wounds: The Path to True Healing

Reiki and meditation offer paths to self-healing, but when choosing these paths we begin to realize that true healing requires a willingness to acknowledge our wounds. Through the movement of energy and observation of our true thoughts and emotions, we become consciously aware of what many call that shadow. Even with this next phase of awareness comes choice. We have free will and can either sit with what is within our fields of consciousness, or we can try to attach to the old patterns of avoidance, denial, and justification. It gets real uncomfortable if we try to sweep truth under the rug.

Using Reiki and meditation as cover stories, believing that you're being "spiritual" in practice, but avoiding the work of healing and transformation, only delays personal growth. When practiced with understanding, Reiki and meditation encourage a deep exploration of one's psyche, recognizing the vulnerabilities that shape us. This honest self-realization promotes healing that integrates both our light and shadow, leading us towards true unification and expression of true nature.

It's all a process through practice. When we are willing to acknowledge our wounds, we set the stage for genuine healing, rather than illusions of quick, magical corrections. It's through this real and raw acceptance of our pain that Reiki and meditation become alchemical practices, supporting us in peeling back the layers of our conditioned responses to life. The courage to face our pain and stories is often the first step to unlocking how we've identified ourselves, versus who and what we are in truth, by nature of our design and existence.

Spiritual Bypassing and The Misuse of Spiritual Practices

Spiritual bypassing refers to the tendency of using spiritual concepts and practices to sidestep or avoid uncomfortable emotions and unresolved emotional challenges. This misuse can be tempting, as it's much easier to focus on positive affirmations and light-hearted approaches, than to sit with and examine our shadows. If Reiki and meditation are used as escapes, rather than methods to explore these discomforts, they inadvertently reinforce avoidance.

The system of Reiki, for example, is full of practices that teach us to not only see and perceive with higher understanding of all things, but to do so with compassion and gratitude for life's various expressions. Then the practice of meditation teaches us to allow thought-forms to move, to flow for observation, while helping us understand what has been feeding our conditions. Again, both of these practices also reveal choice in the participation of your healing and wellbeing.

Reiki and meditation encourage sincere engagement with all facets of our being, including the parts we'd rather ignore. These practices are meant to compliment and uplift our life expressions, not add to false narratives.

Embracing Reality with Reiki and Meditation

Embracing the system of Reiki and meditation with consistent practice, creating a way to recognize your entire life as a spiritual practice, supports a willingness to face life's realities and allows room for genuine transformation. Life's challenges are not to be bypassed but understood and integrated into our spiritual journey.

Does Reiki Really Work | Ways to Support Energy Healing

Reiki has become extremely popular because of its effectiveness and accessibility. Those who've experienced Reiki, as practitioners or clients, have expressed a variety of opinions about what Reiki is, what it does, and if it really works. I have danced on the spectrum, going from skeptical, to being in awe, to knowing that this system of energy work can be life changing. What I've also realized is that there are ways to support energetic alchemy, where it can be an ongoing act of supporting wellbeing and awakening, versus being used as a quick fix or band-aid.

Understanding the Basics of Reiki

Reiki is often referred to as a practice of energy healing, and has become known as a technique to support alleviation of pain, to help release tension and anxiety, and to support the effectiveness of traditional/modern healing practices. This is why it's also considered complimentary to Western medicine, and is now offered in many hospitals, clinics, and hospice care facilities.

The foundation of Reiki is based on an unseen life force energy that expresses through us and all living things. The belief, which is commonly accepted in Eastern traditions, is that if one's life force energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and function from a state of imbalance and distortion. If our life force is high, we are more capable of being resilient, balanced and healthy. Reiki helps restore our own life force energy, promoting a sense of wellbeing, harmony, and encourage optimal function. It's meant to support the body's natural state and ability to self-regulate, self-correct/heal, and function in the best way possible.

As a practitioner, student, and teacher, what I've learned over the years is that there are even more benefits of this incredible system of energy healing. Personally, and what I've witnessed in some of my students and clients, is what I would describe as an awakening to one's self. In addition to the exposure of energy in higher frequencies supporting physical restoration, ongoing practice and sessions can support clarity of mind, opportunities to heal various expressions of emotions, and help restore heart-intelligence back into the allowance of compassion and forgiveness.

While sessions are great and may be all that a person wants or needs to support their personal focus, there is so much value in learning Reiki, accessing the additional tools within the system to support self-regulation and ongoing personal development.

Exploring the Science Behind Reiki

Scientific research on Reiki is still limited, yet some studies suggest that it may help reduce stress and improve mental clarity. By engaging the parasympathetic nervous system, many believe that Reiki can support the body's natural healing processes. However, there are some people who feel more research is needed to fully understand these effects from a scientific lens.

It's common to hear from clients and practitioners, people who have direct experience with Reiki, that it reduces stress and help t create a feeling of peace and calm in mind and body. This matters because heightened stress is known to exacerbate health issues. By supporting a state of relaxation, Reiki might help improve overall wellbeing, enhance quality of life, and teach us how to live peacefully with more consistency. Again, although more scientific validation is required for many, the descriptions from first hand accounts that highlight its calming effects and alleviation of physical pain continues to attract interest, globally.

How Reiki Balances Energy and the Nervous System

Reiki practitioners often speak of balancing the body's energy field, chakras, and energy channels, which can have a calming effect on the nervous system. By creating space and environments (internally and externally) for deep relaxation, Reiki is said to restore balance and clarity within your mind, body, and energy.

According to practitioners, the restoration and flow of life force through Reiki sessions and practice can help us feel grounded, focused and relaxed in body. This balance may be linked to the reduction of stress hormones and the promotion of a parasympathetic state, which is when the body is at rest and digest. These effects might contribute to a healthier, more balanced lifestyle, potentially enhancing all areas of our health and function.

This always reminds me of one of my Teachers, Raven Keyes, who had opportunities to support clients with Reiki during surgeries, as well as before and after operations. She had the rare chance to work alongside medical professionals who allowed and understood how Reiki can be complimentary to Western medicine. In fact, before she passed away, she was working with a Doctor and other medical professionals to support funding for ongoing Reiki studies, in hopes of gathering more evidence to reflect what they already suspected as true - Reiki is effective.

Practice Being Observant and Power of Conscious Breathing

When I think about the question, Does Reiki really work?, I think we also have to consider the expectations and desired outcomes from the person making the inquiry. In my experiences, the scale of effectiveness varies. Some people experience feeling a deep sense of relaxation, while others experience a wild ride of energetic sensations and visuals that get them excited...and some have emotions arise, or profound clarity around a personal situation.

I think a better question would be, How can we sustain or support ongoing effects after Reiki sessions?

Practices within the system of Reiki are meditative and teach us how to direct and manage our own minds and energy, and can support regulation of emotional expression. It has also helped me learn the power of observation, noticing my perceptions and feelings instead of acting or reacting mindlessly. These simple teachings and practices promote access to inner-wisdom and higher understanding.

I personally believe the best aspect of Reiki is how it can help us become familiar with the most magical parts of human nature and design. I started realizing the nature of my thoughts, beliefs, and where my perceptions stemmed from. This allowed me to question what I truly believe vs what I took on as belief, by default. Reiki also helped me identify and understand what I felt energetically within myself, around other people, and in various environments. It has, and continues to, expand my understanding of myself and the world around me.

Conscious breathing has also become a game-changer, teaching me how to self-regulate and how to access different states of consciousness. Breathing exercises, when combined with mindfulness, can also amplify the mind and body's ability to remain calm in what could also be perceived or processed as a stressful situation. Clarity is invaluable. Peace is a blessing. Reiki is life-nurturing.

Again, for me, asking if Reiki works is too simple. I think we can all benefit from the teachings and practices within the system, allowing Reiki to meet us where we are as individuals, and working with life-force energy as we feel called to do so.

How Changes in Behavior Support Healing

It's common for people to seek out Reiki sessions or practices when they feel in need, and then they may experience temporary support or change. The key to Reiki's effectiveness is in ongoing practice and/or sessions, which can also support behavioral changes.

Consider this - if you burned your hand, had the wound treated, and went through a process of healing, would you intentionally stick your hand in a fire after that experience? Hopefully not.

When it comes to energy-healing, people often miss out on a key component, acknowledging what caused the imbalance in the first place.

Adopting positive lifestyle changes, such as healthier diets, regular exercise, allowing change in patterns and behaviors, compliments the effects of Reiki. Behavioral shifts can support your energy healing journey, creating an environment that nurtures health and healing on all levels.

Another critical aspect of behavioral change involves conscious engagement with mindset. Yes, affirmations and a focus on gratitude can further elevate the energy levels, aligning them with a more harmonious state of being, but truly understanding our choice in thoughts and behaviors, along with the ability to change thoughts and behaviors, takes healing to the next level. These practices, along with Reiki, support a path towards greater personal growth and emotional healing, revealing how intertwined our behaviors and beliefs are with our health outcomes.

Finding Balance and Harmony Through Reiki

While the scientific evidence on Reiki's efficacy is still evolving, many people find value in its practice as a complimentary therapy and as support in becoming more actively engaged in the quality of our own lives. By learning how to balance life-force energy, observing your body's responses, and making supportive lifestyle changes, you can enhance the benefits of Reiki beyond sessions and classes.

Connecting with Sophia, Auset, Ma'at, and Magdalene

When I first started on this path of energetic alchemy, I heard a lot about guides, ancestors, ascended masters, and councils that worked with humans to support their paths. It was interesting hearing the stories that people shared, describing the ways they met their guides, and sometimes the information they were given to help their spiritual education.

I did have a Reiki teacher who guided our class through a meditation to meet our spirit animals, or totem guides. To my surprise, I did see and sense the presence of an animal and I was given his name when I asked. Although I experienced this firsthand, I was still skeptical. When I got home I googled the name that I heard, which I thought was imagined, and it turned out that the name was Hebrew and meant "gift from God". That was enough confirmation for me to accept my experience as true.

As time went on, I started seeing and sensing the presence of energies around me more frequently, but I wasn't clear on who or what they were. I wasn't afraid because these energies never felt "bad", but it was clear that something was visiting me, and I wanted to know who and why. This is part of what inspired me to take classes for psychic and intuitive development. One of the programs I signed up for was a year long: six months for level one, and six months for level two. In the level one class there was a segment on accessing the Akashic Records, working with an Akashic Guide to act as a mediator of sorts. Just like meeting my spirit animal, I was guided through a meditation to meet my Akashic Guide. He showed up. I could see him clearly, an Egyptian deity, but I had to google the description of what I saw to learn his name.

Later, in that same training, an Egyptian Goddess came to me in one of the classes. She wasn't invoked through meditation; she came in like a protective force during another type of exercise. Again, I saw her clearly and there was no mistaking who she was - Mother Auset.

Now, over many years of developing my intuitive recognition and working with my guides, I've come to know several. I would consider some part of my council, others I work with to learn more about human function and relationship to earth and cosmic, and then there are the ancestors who also have a very specific role in my development.

I've never been one to look for guides, asking for anyone specific to work with me. Instead, I wait and acknowledge who comes forward, then I ask why they are making themselves known to me. At this point, I'm never surprised by any guide that appears from the Egyptian pantheon. I may find their appearance interesting, but it's not strange to me. On the other hand, when figures appear that have historical and spiritual popularity, but weren't necessarily on my radar, that peaks my curiosity.

Most recently, I have felt whispers, a sort of hint of presence, from Sophia and Magdalene, joined with the familiar Mother Auset and Ma'at. All of these expressions of Divine Feminine stand out for their profound wisdom and influence. Each of them, from diverse backgrounds, have left a lasting impact on spiritual beliefs, cultural practices, and those seeking to work with the consciousness of the divine feminine.

Unveiling the Wisdom of Sophia

Sophia, often associated with "divine wisdom" in some traditions, offers profound insights into the nature of existence. As a representation of inner knowledge and enlightenment, connecting with Sophia encourages us to seek deeper truths and philosophical understanding beyond the material world.

In some Gnostic translations, Sophia's story is one of resilience and redemption, a journey from the spiritual realm to the material world and back again. Her journey mirrors our own spiritual quests, reminding us that wisdom is often cultivated through experiences and growth. Her story is like an incredible meditation on knowledge and the soul's longing for divine connection.

Sophia's wisdom is also an invitation to explore the dichotomy between light and shadow within ourselves. The story of Sophia highlights an idea that true wisdom isn't about eradicating our struggles but understanding them. Her teachings can guide us to embrace our imperfections as vital parts of our energetic alchemy.

Mother Auset, Egyptian Goddess of Magic

Auset, also known as Isis in Greek, is honored as a goddess of healing and magic. Her story emphasizes the power of love and compassion, as expressed by her fierce dedication to her husband Osiris. Working with the consciousness or presence of Auset is a way of discovering personal-power, transformation, and sovereignty.

It's amazing to think how Auset's mysteries have extended beyond ancient Egypt into modern spirituality. Her embodiment of motherhood, wisdom, and magic has made her a symbol of empowerment and as The Great Mother. Her story teaches us about the strength found in vulnerability, the power of resilience, and when paired with Osiris, they reveal the ability to resurrect into higher states of existence/consciousness. She an inspiration to healers, and for many, a powerful force of protection.

The rituals dedicated to Auset in ancient Egypt highlight her role as a powerful deity who transcends death and brings renewal. These rites were not just ceremonies but transformative acts that signified hope and rebirth. In modern times, Auset's story has been invoked to support energetic and spiritual alchemy, and the awakening of the divine feminine, bridging the ancient and modern in an ongoing spiritual dialogue.

Living by the Principles of Ma'at

Ma'at represents truth, order, and justice. This is why I included her as a teacher in The Energetic Alchemist Oracle, the Feather card. As the guiding force of the universe's balance, connecting with Ma'at involves striving for ethical living and alignment with universal laws. Her principles encourage us to live with lightness of heart (in Truth) and with moral integrity.

With Ma'at at the center of universal harmony, her teachings resonate with the desire to experience balance in our heart-minds and lives. We are reminded that living in alignment with truth brings peace, while chaos often results from burden on our hearts and ignoring universal laws. Ma'at's framework offers a clear path through life's complexities, directing us towards choices that are honest and just.

Her significance in ancient Egypt includes her role in the weighing of the heart ceremony, where the heart is weighed against the feather of Ma'at. This ritual emphasized the value placed on truth and morality over material wealth. There are also the 42 Laws or Ideals of Ma'at, which are meant to guide us to live with integrity and purpose, urging introspection and responsibility for our daily choices and actions.

Rediscovering Mary Magdalene's Legacy

I didn't grow up in a Catholic or Christian church, but I have heard stories of Mary Magdalene. In fact, the only thing I heard was that she was a prostitute. However, recent discoveries through archeology and research have given new insights to who Magdalene was, which is why she is now often regarded as a symbol of spiritual insight and feminine power. Many work with the essence of her consciousness to challenge societal norms, embrace the sacred feminine, and learn divine mysteries.

Modern explorations of Magdalene's life also highlight her as a figure of independence and strength. By reevaluating her role, a new dimension of her influence as a partner, a teacher, and a priestess has encouraged many to celebrate her as an ascended master and an example of divine feminine in the context of The Great Work.

Remaining Open to Divine Teachings

I'm looking forward to what continues to emerge through the presence of Sophia, Auset, Ma'at, and Magdalene. Last night we had a powerful experience with them in Oracle School, and they're working closely with me in my personal practices. I can tell there's so much more to come. Their teachings guide us to look inward and embrace divine femininity in all its forms. As I continue to connect with their energies and stories, I will continue to share what I discover. Stay tuned.

The Power of Heart Coherence in Energetic Alchemy

We are inundated with life experiences and outside information that fuels stress and chaos. This often makes the ideas of inner peace and balance sound elusive, or can strike a nerve of annoyance if someone dares to mention being in a peaceful state.

I remember struggling with anxiety when my life drastically changed fifteen years ago. I didn't think there was any way possible to feel calm or unafraid of the unknown. Fortunately, someone pointed me in the direction of Reiki and meditation. I've been practicing both ever since, and the real magic of it all has been the relationship building with myself. I began realizing the nature of mind has a direct correlation with how we experience life, so the mind became an area of observation and key to self-mastery. Then I hit a plateau and realized that while my mind was changing and expanding, I needed to support more of my heart-awakening. I started exploring how heart coherence, alongside Reiki and mind-body connection, can transform our lives by unlocking the potential of our true nature and higher states of consciousness.

Understanding Heart Coherence

Generally speaking, heart coherence refers to a state of synchronization between your heart, mind, and emotions. When your emotional state is aligned with your heart’s natural rhythm, it leads to a harmonious flow of energy, promoting balance and wellbeing. Think about how calming and peaceful it feels when you calm the breath, which calms the mind...and the body follows into a state of relaxation. The thought alone can cause the body to respond, but achieving heart coherence is more than just physiological; it's a gateway to profound emotional and psychological states.

When in coherence, the heart sends signals to the brain that can enhance cognitive function, focus, and memory. It also creates a sense of inner peace that can support reducing daily stress. Research is ongoing, showing how heart frequency and "status" of heart-projections can support improved performance and overall function.

There are many ways to balance heart-intelligence, but one of the most simple is observed during moments of appreciation and love. These emotions can naturally bring the heart into a coherent rhythm, further emphasizing how emotional intelligence plays a role in our physiological health. By training ourselves to consciously cultivate these states, we can improve our physical health while also enhancing emotional resilience.

The Role of Heart Coherence in Energetic Alchemy

Full disclosure, I'm not going to give a complete view of practice as it relates to this because it's what we're currently focusing on in The Alchemy Circle. However, I hope this blog inspires you on a path of awakening your own heart intelligence.

Energetic alchemy focuses on purifying, transforming, and harmonizing energies within our minds, bodies, and beings. Heart coherence supports this process by initiating the unification of mind-body-energy. The heart is the alchemist, allowing the intelligence of higher mind to amplify the conditions of the lower/material aspects of expression.

This alchemical process isn't just metaphorical. Scientifically, it has been shown that heart coherence can influence the autonomic nervous system, leading to beneficial changes in the body's functions. By mastering the art of heart coherence, individuals can experience reduced blood pressure, improved immune response, and overall enhanced vitality.

In energetic alchemy, the heart serves as a central hub for transformation; it's the crucible. It manages the flow of energy throughout the body, transmuting frequencies through the essences of compassion, love, and forgiveness. By harnessing the heart's coherent frequencies, practitioners can initiate powerful psychological shifts, making heart coherence an indispensable tool for anyone exploring energy work.

*TIP: Begin with practices that support presence in body, self-observation, and expansion of mind, allowing the surrender needed for true heart coherence.

Exploring Reiki and Heart-Mind Connection

Reiki is commonly known as a hands-on energy healing technique, but it's truly so much more than this. Among the list of benefits, Reiki can also be used to enhance heart-mind coherence.

Practices within the system of Reiki point to heart-mind connection, again and again. This connection is pivotal for the direction we're going in holistic health, where the alignment of heart-based intuition, along with presence in body and observation, can lead to transformative healing experiences, both physically and emotionally.

Even if you're not a practitioner, Reiki sessions are beautiful in the spaciousness created, allowing for a harmonious flow of life-force. This facilitates a deep meditative state where heart coherence can thrive. This practice can effectively aid in the clearance of emotional blockages, allowing for a more authentic heart-mind connection and enhance spiritual growth.

Tapping into Intuition through Heart Coherence

When we achieve heart coherence, we also amplify our intuitive abilities. Many people only associate intuitive development with the third-eye (pineal), but the heart intelligence is just as important in the equation. When the heart is congested with grief, old stories, refusal to forgive and conditions around love, it doesn't allow clear communication with the accessible truths held in mind and body. By creating pathways of clarity, we can finally access guidance of heart and higher-mind, unlocking insights and wisdom that might otherwise elude us in a state of imbalance.

In moments of heart coherence, our intuition is sharpened, leading to unforeseen ah-ha moments, clarity in decision-making, and trusting our own guidance through life experiences. Studies suggest that our heart's signals can influence the brain's intuitive processes, offering insights based on subconscious data and energy readings. This is what makes oracle such an incredible tool, as it can be used to understand what's being held in the consciousness of our hearts, the nature of of emotions and thought-forms, and how to transmute/purify these energies.

I have two classes coming up to support heart-coherence as a way of accessing your own intuitive nature.

Oracle School, Eight Weeks/Sixteen Classes, Begins August 6th

Intuitive Mastery, Twelve Weeks, Begins November 5th

Members of 2025 and 2026 The Alchemy Circle Have Access to Both Courses

Are you an empath? We're all able to perceive energies of people and environments, but for some, this ability is heightened and creates a hyper-sensitivity to energy. Our hearts are sensitive receptors, attuned not just to our thoughts and feelings, but to the world around us. By tapping into its coherent state, we elevate our intuitive and empathic faculties, learning how to manage our own ways of processing what we perceive, and finding comfort in the gift of being ONE with all there is.

Intuitive awakening can be life-changing, encouraging us to interact with our inner and outer world with more clarity and sense of authority. It can also support us in communication with our higher-mind, guides/guardians, and all living things. It's an act of revealing more of our true nature, aligning with our highest potentials, truest desires and passions, paving the way for a life rooted in authenticity and purpose. When practiced regularly, harnessing heart coherence for intuition can lead to long-term personal growth and self-discovery.

Practical Steps to Achieve Heart Coherence

Practices such as Reiki, mindful breathing, meditation, and gratitude can foster heart coherence. By integrating these into our daily routine, we cultivate a deeper connection with our heart and transform our energetic frequencies. For example, daily meditation can create profound shifts in our heart rhythm. Begin with just a few minutes dedicated to focusing on your heart-center, and allow your breathing follow a natural, gentle pace. Breathing in for a count of five and out for five encourages synchronization between the heart and breath, creating a harmonious, coherent state. Take note of how you feel before and after this exercise. If you're a Reiki practitioner, include laying of hands.

Cultivating gratitude, which is always recommended, is much more profound than many realize. It's not about feeling like you have to be thankful, but rather acknowledge what it is you truly appreciate and why. Considering why expands the truth and depth of your blessings. By intentionally recognizing and appreciating all expressions in our lives, we can naturally shift our heart's rhythm into coherence. This practice not only enhances emotional well-being but also improves physical health by setting a positive, coherent tone in our energetic field.

One way I initiated this practice was by using the book, The Magic. It's a twenty-eight day, guided experience, meant to cultivate the habit of acknowledging what we're grateful for, while recognizing the power/magic of gratitude. I did in with my cousin back in 2022, then she asked me to do it again this year. This time, I went beyond the book and continued my daily gratitude practice of listing ten things daily, including my whys. Today marks day 146 of my practice, round two, and I share what I've noticed sometime soon.

The journaling aspect of The Magic can also support reflection on your experiences and feelings, helping to process emotions, becoming another act of energetic alchemy.

Then physical activities like yoga or Tai Chi also promote heart coherence through their emphasis on breath and movement synergy.

Harnessing Heart Coherence for Lasting Transformation

Embracing the power of heart coherence in energetic alchemy can lead us on a profound journey of healing and transformation. Reiki has enhanced this heart-awakening for me, bringing me into a deeper relationship with every aspect of my existence. Attuning to our heart’s rhythm and harmonizing our energetic field, we open the door to deeper intuition, emotional balance, and a more joyful life. Let the wisdom of your heart guide you on this empowering path. What are you willing to try to give yourself direct experience and evidence of your own intuitive nature and heart-intelligence?

Unlocking the Power of Lions Gate Portal for Spiritual Growth

Every year during Leo season, the Lions Gate Portal opens up mystical possibilities whether we're seeking spiritual growth or not. This celestial event is said to be an opening of high-frequency, energetic currents, making it a time of powerful transformations, new beginnings, and support in spiritual awakening. Let's discuss the significance of this cosmic phenomenon and explore practical ways to harness its potential.

Understanding the Lions Gate Portal

The Lions Gate Portal is an astrological event that occurs every year from July 26th to August 12th, with its energy peaking on August 8th. This date is often celebrated as a spiritual New Year in many communities, and considered a pivotal time for spiritual resets and access to higher realms of consciousness. The portal is named after the astrological sign of Leo, symbolizing courage and leadership. The sun moved into Leo on July 22nd, and the New Moon in Leo was July 24th. We are being bathed in the cosmic intelligence of the Lion for the sake of illuminating of our spiritual gifts, talents, and more embodiment of the Great Bright Light.

During this period, the Sun in Leo aligns with Sirius, the brightest star in the night sky, and together with Earth, they form a powerful trinity of energy. This alignment is believed to open a vibrant channel of spiritual energy, enhancing the potential of our manifestation powers, and supporting the evolution of our planet, bodies, and consciousness profoundly.

Many spiritual practitioners report heightened levels of intuitive awareness and a deep sense of inner peace during this time. The portal is considered a gateway to otherworldly dimensions, where spiritual seekers can access vast reservoirs of cosmic wisdom. By intentionally tuning into this potent energy, many individuals find it easier to engage in self-reflection, clarifying their life paths and goals. It’s also a period when hidden truths can emerge, providing an opportunity for additional healing and personal growth. For those interested in astrology, the Lions Gate Portal serves as a celestial reminder to align with one's higher self and pursue life’s purpose with renewed vitality and audacity.

The Significance of the Lions Gate Portal in Spirituality

For centuries, different cultures have recognized the Lions Gate Portal as a period of heightened spiritual awareness and enlightenment. Ancient civilizations, such as the Egyptians, held Sirius in high regard, associating its rising with prosperity and the inundation of the Nile, which was vital for their agriculture. This link to ancient wisdom plays a crucial role in how modern spiritual practitioners perceive the portal today. During this alignment, it is thought that an influx of energy from Sirius (the Spiritual Sun) enhances psychic abilities, deepens personal insight, and supports next phases of spiritual awakening.

In the system of Kabbalah, Leo season considered an intense time of duality. It's a period that offers great spiritual expansion, but can feel heavy in resistance. Instead, we are encouraged to witness how we can allow higher intelligence to move though us, through life, support change, and ultimately become more aligned with Light.

No matter the path of study and practice, the thinning of the veil between the worldly and the upper realms offers a profound opportunity for spiritual seekers to connect with higher consciousness. The energetic vibrations during the Lions Gate can heighten meditation practices, prompting many to also engage in rituals that cleanse and purify their heart-mind intelligence. This helps to become clearer channels with the ability to sustain attunement to higher frequencies.

As Leo governs the heart, we can consider this period a call to action, encouraging us to release past grievances and embrace new beginnings with openness of heart. This is a time of surrender, having the willingness to allow certain energies to move and release, while embracing this time of accessibility to higher aspects of divine intelligence. Engaging in intimate self-discovery, many find that the insights and realizations gained through meditation and other spiritual practices during this time become instrumental in guiding their spiritual evolution and way forward.

The visual symbolism associated with the Lions Gate Portal includes the portal being guarded by the two Royal Sirian Lions, one on either side of the entrance to the portal. The lion on the left represents the intelligence of yesterday, and the lion on the right represents the intelligence of tomorrow. The portal itself being the present moment of release or graduation from the past, as you cross into a new threshold that leads towards an evolution of soul, mind, and the way forward.

Preparing for Spiritual Growth During the Lions Gate Portal

To make the most of this powerful time, it’s important to prepare yourself energetically, having a plan for intentional self-connection practices. Open yourself to these vibrant energies by creating a sacred space at home. This could be a specially designated corner adorned with crystals, incense, or anything that resonates with peace and focus. As you prepare, set clear, heartfelt intention to be an open vessel, supporting release of what no longer serves you, and attuning to the highest best frequencies available to you at this time, with ease and grace.

To truly be engaged in your process of energetic alchemy, be an observer. Have a practice of journaling or taking note of what you witness about you and your daily experiences. Become consciously aware of thought forms, emotional processing, choices in expression, etc. This becomes an invaluable tool during the Lions Gate as it helps you articulate thoughts, feelings, and aspirations that align with your spiritual objectives and allowance.

Incorporating meditation into your routine is also important for attuning to cosmic energies with clarity. Meditation helps in calming the mind, body, and emotions - the nervous system, which supports receptivity, allowing you to be more in tune with your resonance and communication with universal intelligence. Always start by taking your time, getting in a comfortable position that allows the body to support clear flow of life force.

Some practitioners engage in ceremonial rituals, invoking the support of spiritual guides and guardians, or working with other members within their spiritual communities. Whether you prefer solitary reflection or group practices, remember that your preparation should be as unique as you and your spiritual path.

Using Reiki to Support Spiritual Awakening

Reiki can offer profound support during the Lions Gate Portal by helping us access deeper levels of spiritual awareness. Known for its ability to promote healing and balance, Reiki supports the flow of universal life force in harmonized ways, meeting each of us where we're at energetically. This cleansing and balancing of energy can be vital during the Lions Gate, as it prepares the body and spirit to receive and integrate enhanced energies that are said to be entering Earth during this time-frame. Many find that practicing Reiki during this period also heightens their intuitive senses, making it an excellent companion for spiritual development.

Whether experienced through a practitioner or performed as self-Reiki, this practice encourages a deeper connection with one's inner self and true nature. Regular sessions help individuals stay aligned, balanced, and facilitates a clear pathway for spiritual communication. As the body relaxes under the soothing influence of Reiki, it becomes easier to release any emotional or energetic blockages, paving the way for transformation. Reiki then serves not only as a healing modality but as a spiritual guide, leading us through the Lions Gate with open-hearted trust and surrender.

Oracle Cards as Spiritual Guides

Oracle cards can support gaining insights and translating your intuitive knowing. This is useful during the Lions Gate Portal, helping us understanding the various aspects of what's shifting for us internally and externally. Oracle decks, often adorned with beautiful imagery and profound symbolism, function as mirrors to the subconscious, reflecting truths that might not be readily apparent. They are excellent tools for clarifying intentions and can reveal areas of your life that require healing. Draw cards to guide daily reflections or pose specific questions about your spiritual journey. Each card drawn can highlight the energies at play and suggest new pathways forward.

If you would like to learn how to read oracle, join me for the FREE Oracle Codex, July 27th and August 3rd, or register for Oracle School, which begins August 6th. Yes, teaching how to work with oracle during this powerful period was very intentional!

Aside from offering clarity and exposing what might be in your bilndspots, oracle cards can also encourage deeper communication with your higher self and spiritual guides. Through interpretation and intuition, these cards reveal patterns and themes significant to your current life circumstances, energy, and spiritual awakening. Engaging with The Energetic Alchemist Oracle deck during a daily ritual can enhance your intuitive skills, making the interaction between you and divine intelligence more profound and familiar. It's about relationship building with your own higher nature. As you regularly work with oracle cards, you cultivate a consistent dialogue with the universe, refining your communication and translation of your intuition. Like meditation, this practice can heighten your experience of the Lions Gate, highlighting the transformative potential embedded in this cosmic period.

Embrace the Lions Gate Portal for Profound Spiritual Growth

Harnessing the power of the Lions Gate Portal can be a transformative experience on your spiritual journey, and again, only happens once a year. Be intentional this go-around, setting clear intentions, dedicating yourself to practice, such as meditation, reiki, and oracle card reading. This is a gift that supports stepping more boldly (thanks, Leo) on a path of deep personal growth and spiritual awakening. Remember to approach this period with an open heart-mind, and let the celestial energies guide you towards your highest purpose.
