Okay, so last month was very you-centric, but life is all about balance, so now it’s time to spread your wings and broaden your scope. Aquarius encourages you to look far beyond yourself and consider how to create inclusion, harmony and equality. Of course this could be a charitable endeavor, but you can use this energy in a multitude of ways. What inspires you? What matters to you? How can you make this world a better place? The key will be to think out of the box, or better yet, destroy any boxes you’ve ever created!

With so much inspiration and enthusiasm circulating through your field of consciousness, don’t lose sight of the people closest to you and your responsibilities. The best visionaries have the wisdom of knowing what’s right in front of them, presently, as the future itself. Be mindful of what you are pouring energy into today, and how it is shaping what you actualize tomorrow.

This sign of brotherly and sisterly love is ruled by Uranus, which inspires rebellion and absolute freedom of mind. Don’t get carried away by the air of this sign, though. Remember some of that structure from Capricorn, as you dare to make this world a better place! It’s takes a village to nurture the community. And although your intentions may be great, your vision can be greater when you allow yourself to honor input from other perspectives. If you feel driven to do things your own way, against the grain, be sure to consider the impact to all parties involved. Again, this energy is about the collective, you’re not the only one who will bear the consequence of your decisions. Live and let live is beautiful, in theory, as long as we can take ownership of how we choose to live ourselves, and consider how our actions influence the whole.

Relationships are our greatest teachers and Libra shines a spotlight on these lessons. Energy of July | Nurturing Connections and Passions

Summer is meant for flinging! No, not just as in a “summer fling”, but tossing aside anything that no longer nurtures our spirits. Half of the year has gone, and this is a time of reevaluation. Fortunately, the sign of Cancer invites us back into Mama Earth’s womb, swimming in the oceans of emotion and creation. What inhibits your flow and what inspires you?

This month is also about feeling at home. They say home is where the heart is, so consider what it would feel like to make yourself at home in your heart. How can you nurture yourself so deeply, acknowledging your own needs and wants, that you feel love radiating from every aspect of your being? Allow yourself to feel so good that it feels like home no matter where you are! If emotions are stuck, try some movement, like yoga or dancing wildly in your living room. If your emotions are erratic, release with passion! Try journaling or some other form of artistic expression.

This month is all about what moves you…what feeds your soul and nurtures the air of your existence. And we can’t access the sign of Cancer without considering family connections. Regardless of what you may feel about your family, beyond hurt and disappointments, can you see how you are exactly where you are meant to be because of that foundation? And family is not always biological, sometimes they are chosen, but they are your family, nonetheless. Acknowledge how your family connections have influenced who you are today. Give thanks for the exchanges that have made you stronger, the lessons that have supported your growth and the love that extends the reach of all other emotions and experiences.

Being ruled by the moon, Cancer also reminds us to honor the Divine Feminine, the Goddess in all living things. Remember that your abilities to feel and create are powerful! The key will be mindfulness of what you’re creating. What you feel and believe are the seeds of that which you are manifesting now. Are you creating from LOVE or hurt? Are you starting to reel it back in? Perhaps you are taking it easy, making sure you have solid footing before moving forward. Well, it’s nice to slow down sometimes and plan before acting. Taurus wants you to feel safe and comfortable in your process of…everything!

The earth aspect of Taurus keeps this energy grounded and practical, which may bring your attention towards finances and investment planning. And of course it would, Taurus loves nice things; all things beautiful, just remember that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and Taurus doesn’t like an empty wallet. Seek to satisfy your heart, not to compete with the Jones’. For all you know, the Jones’ may be struggling to keep up with themselves. Consider what makes sense for you before emptying your pockets.

The planetary influence, Venus, also entices you with beauty; whether it’s the arts, material things or the comforts of home, all roads will leave you hopelessly surrendering to the nurturing pizzazz of the bull. Now, what you can learn from this sign is that hard work, with your eye on the prize, results in reward. The key will be to determine what you want to work hard at and what you would like your reward to be. Again, consider what matters to YOU. Perhaps you want to nurture your relationship, your career…or your spirit. Taurus wants to spoil you with all of life’s riches: financial, mental, physical and spiritual.

Energy of March | The Intensity of Your Identity

March is coming in hot…and mystical.

This month definitely has its punches to pack, but haven’t we been feeling it already? The good news is that what may feel somewhat uncomfortable, and sometimes eruptive, is going to bring enormous clarity! And trust me, we need some clarity. Interestingly, the feeling I get from these energies will be like being in a training camp for “Spiritual Warriors”. I’m not big on these kinds of titles, but it does describe the nature of March’s impact and intention. We are being confronted with the intensity of identity, on all levels: within our country, the world…within our lives! Adding to this, March also highlights the nature of your relationships and communication, as Venus and Mercury go into retrograde, both being illuminated and exposed by the sun, before stationing direct in April. This is a time of SERIOUS healing!

Okay, so last month was very you-centric, but life is all about balance, so now it’s time to spread your wings and broaden your scope. Aquarius encourages you to look far beyond yourself and consider how to create inclusion, harmony and equality. Of course this could be a charitable endeavor, but you can use this energy in a multitude of ways. What inspires you? What matters to you? How can you make this world a better place? The key will be to think out of the box, or better yet, destroy any boxes you’ve ever created!

With so much inspiration and enthusiasm circulating through your field of consciousness, don’t lose sight of the people closest to you and your responsibilities. The best visionaries have the wisdom of knowing what’s right in front of them, presently, as the future itself. Be mindful of what you are pouring energy into today, and how it is shaping what you actualize tomorrow.

This sign of brotherly and sisterly love is ruled by Uranus, which inspires rebellion and absolute freedom of mind. Don’t get carried away by the air of this sign, though. Remember some of that structure from Capricorn, as you dare to make this world a better place! It’s takes a village to nurture the community. And although your intentions may be great, your vision can be greater when you allow yourself to honor input from other perspectives.

If you feel driven to do things your own way, against the grain, be sure to consider the impact to all parties involved. Again, this energy is about the collective, you’re not the only one who will bear the consequence of your decisions. Live and let live is beautiful, in theory, as long as we can take ownership of how we choose to live ourselves, and consider how our actions influence the whole.

Scorpio is the master of revealing and unearthing all that we have buried. Be prepared for the subconscious mind to leak bits of information, encouraging you to heal and release old wounds, grudges and regrets. This may also be in the form of secrets. If there is something you have been trying to avoid, you may feel uncomfortable in your skin until you allow yourself to stand in truth. On the other hand, you may be on the receiving end of some unexpected information.

If you suspect something is “off”, be patient and observe. Scorpio reminds you to lay low and allow things to unfold, naturally. That in darkness always comes to light. And if you are the one hiding in the shadows, for any reason, consider why. If nothing else, be honest with yourself. It’s the only way to take ownership, heal and transform.

Scorpio also likes to be in control…of everything! While we can learn about being in control of our own thoughts and actions from this sign, be sure that you are not forcing your hand on other people. Remember, even manipulation is a form of trying to control, and you risk being misrepresented and misunderstood without transparency. If ego is the culprit, remember that being honest about how you feel doesn’t make you weak; it makes you…honest.

Some of us will want to retreat this month, going inward, to reflect on our lives and wallow in solitude. There’s nothing wrong with taking time to feel, privately, but remember to reemerge. It can be easy to stay reclusive when we choose NOT to see what lies ahead. What if it’s better than anything you can imagine?

Pluto rules this powerful sign, which is known for destruction. Yes, this may sound heavy, but it’s a way releasing attachment or freeing you from old limitations. Think of the phoenix rising from the ashes, only to soar, creating and flying with more power and grace than before. It’s a resurrection of spirit. You don’t have to stay down for long. Count your blessings and acknowledge all you have learned. You are still here and you are resilient. Give thanks for new paths, filled with love and light!

 

The Scorpion Gift: May you dive deeper than you ever have before, allowing yourself to see far beyond the surface of all things, unearthing the beauty in all that is misunderstood. Approaching a New Threshold

As we are transitioning into a new season, the first phase of the dark season, we’ll experience the energy of a significant turning point.

As you may know, I recently hosted a five-day Reiki Retreat in San Diego…and we are all forever changed. It’s impossible to articulate the amount of love that filled our space and how transformative the entire experience was, specific to activation and expansion of heart intelligence.

Relationships are our greatest teachers and Libra shines a spotlight on these lessons. If you are feeling the airs of romance and in love with life itself, Libra is cheering you on, urging you to dive into the mysteries of love and partnership. The key will be not to lose yourself in the array of butterflies. This sign is also about balance; be sure to pour lots of love into you, not just into other people!

Libra wants to please and interact in loving ways, but you will find yourself annoyed if you feel your generosity is not acknowledged. So, if you are excited about bringing a smile to someone’s face, be sure to check your motivation. If you are doing it to be kind, do it without expectation. If you are doing it for validation or recognition, you may be disappointed.

Being ruled by Venus, this sign is all about the beauty in life, specific to the arts and expressions of love. If you feel disconnected from what brings you joy, or if you are struggling in your relationships, Libra will ask you to look at the scales. What is working for you and where do you feel off balance? To come into a space of harmony, you have to first acknowledge where you stand. Decide what you’re ready to heal and release, then choose where you will place your attention. What you feed energy into is what you nurture and expand in your life. Gratitude for all you DO have will help tip the scales in your favor.

This month is also a good time to consider the expectations you have of your loved ones. If you expect that the world should show up and participate exactly as you do, you’re missing the lessons. We learn in grow in exchange, through our differences. Yes, your intentions may be great, but remember to honor each person for where they choose to stand on their own path. It’s not a personal attack if people do not need or want to do things your way.

 

Gift From Libra: May you seek peace and harmony in every aspect of your life, seeing the love and beauty in all things, while appreciating the gifts of exchange. May you build loving relationships that feed your mind, nurture your heart and help you to see the Divine reflected in all things your eye shall meet. It feels good to feel needed, right? We all seek alignment with “purpose” and we feel a sense of gratitude when we are able to be of service, outside of ourselves. Well, thank your lucky stars and welcome the purity of Virgo. She is the one that will help you gather the details for a plan of purposeful action!

Ruled by Mercury, this energy isn’t about dilly-dallying; it is about communicating your vision and taking action to support what you said you plan to do! Virgo will hold your hands as you decide to plant your feet, deep, into the earth to nurture the growth of your aspirations. But a word of caution, don’t get too married to the details. Sometimes we have to allow room for change in order to achieve the best results.

Virgo is also known to hone in, making corrections where necessary. Summer is meant for flinging! No, not just as in a “summer fling”, but tossing aside anything that no longer nurtures our spirits. Half of the year has gone, and this is a time of reevaluation. Fortunately, the sign of Cancer invites us back into Mama Earth’s womb, swimming in the oceans of emotion and creation. What inhibits your flow and what inspires you?

This month is also about feeling at home. They say home is where the heart is, so consider what it would feel like to make yourself at home in your heart. How can you nurture yourself so deeply, acknowledging your own needs and wants, that you feel love radiating from every aspect of your being? Allow yourself to feel so good that it feels like home no matter where you are!

If emotions are stuck, try some movement, like yoga or dancing wildly in your living room. If your emotions are erratic, release with passion! Try journaling or some other form of artistic expression. This month is all about what moves you…what feeds your soul and nurtures the air of your existence.

And we can’t access the sign of Cancer without considering family connections. Regardless of what you may feel about your family, beyond hurt and disappointments, can you see how you are exactly where you are meant to be because of that foundation? And family is not always biological, sometimes they are chosen, but they are your family, nonetheless. The key, though, will be to acknowledge how your family connections have influenced who you are today. Give thanks for the exchanges that have made you stronger, the lessons that have supported your growth and the love that extends the reach of all other emotions and experiences.

Being ruled by the moon, Cancer also reminds us to honor the Divine Feminine, the Goddess in all living things. Remember that your abilities to feel and create are powerful! The key will be mindfulness of what you’re creating. What you feel and believe are the seeds of that which you are manifesting now. Are you creating from LOVE or hurt? Heal and forgive, then create, consciously, for the journey that awaits at your feet.

Cancerian Gift: May you feel brave and proud in the face of your emotions, bearing your heart and your soul for the moon to illuminate, reflecting back your inherent beauty. May you feel the love of divine mother; nurturing you with each breath you take, reminding you that home is always exactly where you exist. You need to do nothing more than acknowledge the LOVE that you are!

Gemini is a phenomenal networker. If you have been thinking about partnerships or collaborations, this is a great time to reach out and make those connections. And if you’re indecisive, Gemini will help you see possibilities on both sides of the coin! There’s no “wrong” in lesson.

Are you starting to reel it back in? Perhaps you are taking it easy, making sure you have solid footing before moving forward. Well, it’s nice to slow down sometimes and plan before acting. Taurus wants you to feel safe and comfortable in your process of…everything!

The earth aspect of Taurus keeps this energy grounded and practical, which may bring your attention towards finances and investment planning. And of course it would, Taurus loves nice things; all things beautiful, just remember that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and Taurus doesn’t like an empty wallet. Seek to satisfy your heart, not to compete with the Jones’. For all you know, the Jones’ may be struggling to keep up with themselves. Consider what makes sense for you before emptying your pockets.

The planetary influence, Venus, also entices you with beauty; whether it’s the arts, material things or the comforts of home, all roads will leave you hopelessly surrendering to the nurturing pizzazz of the bull. You may feel encouraged to take bold action, distinguishing yourself from the crowd. The key will be to recognize if you’re ramming forward with assertiveness or aggression. There is a difference: play nice and be mindful of your arrangement of words.

Aries is also up for any challenge. If you have a goal in mind, but there is an obstacle in view, this energy will support you in finding a solution. And if you have ever considered taking a role in leadership, allow this energy to teach you how it’s done! While Aries can be a lot to digest (it’s hard to swallow what you can’t catch), this sign knows how to lead with authority and will inspire greatness from all whom follow. Isn’t life magical? When you allow yourself to flow beyond limitation and delve deep into the sea of Piscean imagination, you create from a space of dream-like wonder. It’s romantic and whimsical, supporting your ability to adapt and merge with the ever-changing tides of what is seen…and unseen. Be careful not to dance too closely with delusion.

The sign of the fish, swimming in a circular pattern, creates a vortex of heightened awareness, pulling you out of perceived reality and into the realms of higher-consciousness. If you tune in, you will recognize your psychic vision with more clarity. This will help you discern what is true.

What would it take for you to lose all illusions of separation? Neptune rules Pisces, which is the planet of mysticism and transcendence. Connect with this energy and you will soon find that reality is the dream, and the dream has always been reality. Okay, so last month was very you-centric, but life is all about balance, so now it’s time to spread your wings and broaden your scope. Aquarius encourages you to look far beyond yourself and consider how to create inclusion, harmony and equality.

Of course this could be a charitable endeavor, but you can use this energy in a multitude of ways. What inspires you? What matters to you? How can you make this world a better place? The key will be to think out of the box, or better yet, destroy any boxes you’ve ever created!

With so much inspiration and enthusiasm circulating through your field of consciousness, don’t lose sight of the people closest to you and your responsibilities. The best visionaries have the wisdom of knowing what’s right in front of them, presently, as the future itself. Be mindful of what you are pouring energy into today, and how it is shaping what you actualize tomorrow.

This sign of brotherly and sisterly love is ruled by Uranus, which inspires rebellion and absolute freedom of mind. Don’t get carried away by the air of this sign, though. Remember some of that structure from Capricorn, as you dare to make this world a better place! It’s takes a village to nurture the community. And although your intentions may be great, your vision can be greater when you allow yourself to honor input from other perspectives.

If you feel driven to do things your own way, against the grain, be sure to consider the impact to all parties involved. Again, this energy is about the collective, you’re not the only one who will bear the consequence of your decisions. Live and let live is beautiful, in theory, as long as we can take ownership of how we choose to live ourselves, and consider how our actions influence the whole.
