What is T.E.A.M.

T.E.A.M., The Energetic Alchemist Method, is both a method and a framework.

As a method of energetic alchemy, it’s a way of practicing, a living pathway you can walk in a single moment and over a lifetime. You learn to meet your experience with awareness and transform it from the inside out, until conscious participation becomes the way you move through your days, not something you reach for only in a session.

As an alchemical framework, it’s the map that gives structure to energetic alchemy. Most of us gather practices and philosophies over the years, Reiki, the Hermetic principles, intuition, meditation, energy work, and end up with a scattered toolkit and no clear order. T.E.A.M. draws them into one coherent progression, so every practice has its place and every step builds on the last, towards becoming an Energetic Alchemist.

The T.E.A.M. Pathway (the method in motion)

·      Tune: attune to what’s actually here; notice your frequency.

·      Engage: meet it and participate consciously, instead of reacting.

·      Alchemize: transmute it, bringing it into coherence.

·      Model: embody it so fully it becomes a living example others can feel.

Two principles hold everything. We notice instead of forcing, and we learn through experience before explanation. Instead of performing spirituality or fixing yourself, you’re introduced to practices that support realization, embodiment, remembering, and living. It’s the work of finally honoring relationship with who you’ve always been.

How the Training Works (the Four Paths)

T.E.A.M. comes alive as a progressive journey of four Paths. You begin where you are and rise through them in sequence, each Path deepening the last, carrying you from your first attunement all the way to teaching and transmitting the work to others.

Each Path is three things at once; movement, energetic development, and a stages of training to support understanding. As you move through them you grow from Practitioner, to Advanced Practitioner, to Instructor, weaving Reiki, intuitive development, the Hermetic principles, and embodied practice at every step.

How It’s Taught

·      Reiki: energetic literacy gateway (in-person only)

·      Personal Mentoring and Guided Practices: providing direct experiences and opportunities to share your experiences and ask questions (within the Alchemy Circle & Path of Self Mastery memberships)

·      Oracle & Intuitive Development: symbolic awareness (online courses)

·      Hermetic Principles: the philosophical architecture (within the Alchemy Circle & Path of Self Mastery memberships)

·      Activation Circles: free monthly guided practice (via the app)

·      Guided Journeys: experiential participation (included in all trainings)

Pricing of the four paths | school of energetic alchemy

Each of the four paths may be purchased in full, including all elements that correspond with specified path. All listed course work and training may also be purchased as individual items. Pricing shown reflects total cost for all elements within each path, as bundled. Paths, and some individual courses, must be taken in order, to comply with the available certifications. Before paying for a path in full, make sure Reiki Training and certification has dates scheduled and is available for registration!

If Reiki Training isn’t scheduled, or you missed the most recent, you can participate in the pathwork by starting the other courses individually. I will have record of what you’ve completed within each path.
