Happy New Year! Now what are you doing with your life? That’s all Capricorn wants to know. This energy is direct and holds no punches. Consider yourself fortunate to be able to connect with such determined energy. If opportunity arises, this sign will not tolerate loss. This sign is all about getting things done, with a clear strategy that puts YOU on top! If you think this sounds selfish, take a moment and consider who else is supposed to put your first. That’s the beauty of this sign; it encourages you to be your number one supporter. So, it’s time to step up, putting your best foot forward. Capricorn wouldn’t have it any other way! Just remember not to abuse your alliances. Burnt bridges can’t be crossed.

The ruling planet, Saturn, is all about structure. There is no room for nonsense, so stop talking about what you want to do and start taking action! This energy is resourceful and doesn’t hold “can’t” in its vocabulary. So anywhere you may be thinking, “I will try”, know that Capricorn is standing firmly behind you saying, “you will do, because YOU can!” The only way you can make an impact in the world, or in your own life, is by showing up and making use of your gifts and talents. If you don’t know how or where to start, allow this energy to inspire good old fashion research. As far as this month is concerned, nothing beats a failure but a try. Now, Capricorn doesn’t suggest being willy-nilly; the key here is efficiency. Get your ducks in a row before shooting blindly at nothingness. Under this sign, the only point of focus is SUCCESS. No matter what you want to accomplish, Capricorn say’s “If you’re going to do it, do it well. And if you fall, pick yourself up by the bootstraps and execute better next time.”

The year is ending and it’s time to celebrate! Do not let holiday stress become your stress. Instead, tap into the adventurous energy of Sagittarius and set your sights on what’s to come. This sign is considered lucky, so whatever you choose to focus on, your aim will be perfection. What are you aiming for? Check your thoughts and keep them positive! Let wonder flow through your veins as you wander towards new horizons! With all of the holiday excitement and chaos, you may also find yourself with a mouthful of things that would be better left unsaid (or rephrased).

Sagittarius is known to have both feet in its mouth, so be mindful of your choice of words. Even if you believe what you want to say is true, consider the impact and your motivation. Only some can appreciate the directness of fire signs, while others walk away feeling burned. Being ruled by Jupiter, this fiery sign encourages us to explore in ways that feed the mind. Yes, Sagittarius is a lot of fun, but this energy is also intellectual and inspires higher learning. Consider what you want to understand, or what you would like to teach. And since this sign is mutable, you may want to try your hand at both, studying and teaching. Why not? Any limitations are created in the mind. Acknowledge the challenges for what they are; lessons. November 2023: Personal Power

Focus: Revelation and Transformation

Scorpio is the master of revealing and unearthing all that we have buried. Be prepared for the subconscious mind to leak bits of information, encouraging you to heal and release old wounds, grudges and regrets. This may also be in the form of secrets. If there is something you have been trying to avoid, you may feel uncomfortable in your skin until you allow yourself to stand in truth. On the other hand, you may be on the receiving end of some unexpected information.

If you suspect something is “off”, be patient and observe. Scorpio reminds you to lay low and allow things to unfold, naturally. That in darkness always comes to light. And if you are the one hiding in the shadows, for any reason, consider why. If nothing else, be honest with yourself. It’s the only way to take ownership, heal and transform.

Scorpio also likes to be in control…of everything! While we can learn about being in control of our own thoughts and actions from this sign, be sure that you are not forcing your hand on other people. Remember, even manipulation is a form of trying to control, and you risk being misrepresented and misunderstood without transparency. If ego is the culprit, remember that being honest about how you feel doesn’t make you weak; it makes you…honest.

Some of us will want to retreat this month, going inward, to reflect on our lives and wallow in solitude. There’s nothing wrong with taking time to feel, privately, but remember to reemerge. It can be easy to stay reclusive when we choose NOT to see what lies ahead. What if it’s better than anything you can imagine?

Pluto rules this powerful sign, which is known for destruction. Yes, this may sound heavy, but it’s a way releasing attachment or freeing you from old limitations. Think of the phoenix rising from the ashes, only to soar, creating and flying with more power and grace than before. It’s a resurrection of spirit. You don’t have to stay down for long. Count your blessings and acknowledge all you have learned. You are still here and you are resilient. Give thanks for new paths, filled with love and light!


The Scorpion Gift: May you dive deeper than you ever have before, allowing yourself to see far beyond the surface of all things, unearthing the beauty in all that is misunderstood. May you have the strength and determination to nurture the spirit, with such passion and undying commitment, that you rise from the belly of illusions, stronger than you were a moment ago.
