I recently sat down for an interview where I was asked about paranormal experiences, how those experiences happened, and the role Reiki has played in my own personal practice. These aren’t topics I often explore in this much detail, so you’ll hear stories and perspectives you’ve probably never heard me share before. Today’s interview is special and kind of personal to me, in that I finally get to speak to someone who understands experiences I’ve had since I was fifteen-years old: sleep paralysis. If you’ve been listening to the podcast for some time, you may have heard me mention how I used to experience sleep paralysis in a very extreme way. At this point in my life, it still happens, but only a handful of times a year, versus nightly. I've heard of other people having experiences similar to mine, but no one I've ever had a conversation with, until today!
