Tonya Parker, MEd, EdS is the Founder and Creatrix of Mind Body & Soul Food, a holistic wellness and conscious healing practice devoted to nourishing women’s lives from the inside out. With more than three decades of experience as a psychotherapist, educator, healer, and spiritual teacher, Tonya bridges ancestral wisdom and modern restorative practices to support deep, sustainable well-being. Through offerings rooted in mind, body, soul, and food, she creates sacred spaces for restoration, self-remembrance, and embodied leadership.
